Not Logging Off

So, I noticed recently that it said that my account was always logged on, the little person is always blue. So I assumed that I was logged on somewhere I didn't know. However, I recently realized it says my side account @iang1 is logged on as well. I didn't really care, because I literally just a few minutes ago sent in a ticket for it to be deleted. ;~;

However, I made a new account today, @stratus, and noticed that I was logged on, even when I was logged off. As I said, I made this account today, and it's impossible for it to be logged on somewhere else.

My third side account, @icenyroarmy, wasn't logged on when I looked. However, I logged off of this account, and logged in to that account. I didn't do anything, I just logged on and off. And now, it says that that account is logged on.

In other words, whenever I log on to an account, the little blue box with a person in it doesn't turn grey when I log off. Why? DX Is this happening to anyone else.

Is it all the time? It doesn't disappear until like 15 minutes I think and doesn't do it automatically. If not that then don't know what it could be. I haven't noticed that for me x3 But haven't logged into my side or logged off today yet xD

@skittlejg From the first section of the FAQ:

"What are the white and blue icons next to usernames? How accurate are user statuses (online or offline)?

White user icons indicate that a user is offline. Blue user icons indicate that a user is online. User statuses are based on activity within the past 15 minutes. They are updated every minute."
