This RP is based off the series' The Mortal Instruments and The Infernal Devices-plus all the books that are to come out- written by Cassandra Clare. You don't need to have read any of these but it would help if you have.

{Plot}
Years after the the Mortal War, the Shadowhunters rise again. Though they have long forgotten the mortal instruments. The Law's have changed, but not the harshness. They have lived peacefully since the Mortal War, but a darkness is on the rise. And a specially selected group of friends will be the ones to stop it.

{Rules}
-Keep this whole thing PG
-Be literate.
-Have at least 2 characters
-Keep genders even
-No god-modding or sues
-incidentally in this RP the first 5 people to join will be the only people to join and all will be involved in the plot.
-Don't make something like a Daylighter until I accept you and then I'll tell you if it can be a Daylighter or be fused with Angel Blood or Demon Blood.
-Each character can only be one creature
-Put the eye color of your character in other if you have read and understand the rules.
-Keep the ages between 15-18 please.

Pretty tempted to join. I LOVED this series. Didn't finish it. No spoilers, please? 😋 Can I have a while to make characters? Exams and such right now... @featherstar_stormclan

EDIT:
Considering two shadowhunters and a warlock, currently, just by what we've already got for characters. I may or may not like to create characters to fill in gaps.

EDIT 2: I'm getting there. Really. Lol I'm bad at multitasking. I got distracted elsewhere. I might fill 'em in slowly. Subject to some change.

EDIT 3 or 4 at this point: We can start without mr warlock person 'cause it might take me a little longer and it's fun to introduce characters at various times. Too much clutter with everyone at the beginning anyhow.

EDIT(again): His hair is just not blond. What was I thinking.

Gender: Female
Looks: Cool toned blonde hair. Long and soft-looking with very loose careless waves. Cute bangs that are growing out a little. Slender and generally easy on the eyes. Taller than average. Gentle appearance of soft shapes with a few angles to contrast. Yup. Dat deceptive appearance is real. Actually, she's built athletically enough. It's just not what you'd notice.

Name: Ernest Wilde
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Looks: He has dark (nearly black), warm-toned, straight brown hair. He's an average tall-boy height. Not the burliest guy, but he looks like he could handle a fight with ease. Hrm. Strong jaw.

Other: Steel grey

Name: "Jam" is a common alias he uses.
Age: I know you said 16-18 but warlocks are warlocks. He probably looks roughly 18-19 ish? But he's a pretty young warlock as far as they go.

Looks: Shortish darker brown hair, tousled. Intense eyes. Tall and lanky, but surprisingly strong. Many tattoos. His skin looks tanned, but it's naturally a medium tone.

Other: Extremely pigmented olive green and medium cerulean. Because I can do that with a warlock. XD

Looks: Belle is about 5'6" in height and weighs a mere 120 pounds. Her hair is long in length, brown in color, and wavy in style with complimentary blue eyes. Belle also has semi-visible rune scares along the back of her neck and her arms.

Shifted Looks — N/A
Other — Blue; has a high disliking towards Fair Folk.

Name — Katarina "Kat" Walker
Age — Eighteen
Gender — Female
Looks — Thicker framed with lightly tanned skin and shoulder length brown hair, Kat has that healthy girl look with complimentary features. Her eyes were once hazel but as she grew older, they changed completely to a light shade of brown.
Type — Werewolf
Shifted Looks — On the larger side of the species, Kat has dark tones in her fur and piercing hazel eyes.
Other — Brown; disapproves of Ailuranthrope, thinks them to be abomination.

Name — Reed Vance
Age — Sixteen
Gender — Male
Looks — Tall with a petite frame and short, platinum blonde hair and piercing green eyes. His left ear has two very noticeable piercings: one in the lower lobe with a feather attached and a large bar between two points of his cartilage. His right ear has a matching cartilage piercing but nothing more.

Gender: Female
Looks: Short black hair cut close to her scalp, with bangs just brushing her eyes, which are a cat-like yellow. She's smallish, but she's clearly powerful, and she radiates a kind of...dangerous aura, I suppose. She's lean, with dark skin. She is very cat-like in nature, which can either be chocked up to her species, or just one of her quirks.
Type: Ailuranthrope
Shifted Looks(If were- creature.): When Evelyn is shifted, she becomes a cat that's too large to be a house-cat, but too small to be anything else. Well, except maybe a lynx. Her fur is black and short, and she has a long tail and exceptionally sharp claws. Her eyes remain the same, though, the disconcerting yellow.
Other: Yellow, as stated above. She's not too fond of werewolves, and she does her best to avoid them. She finds warlocks interesting, vampires companionable, Shadowhunters...amusing, and the Fair Folk...she doesn't have much of an opinion on them. She avoids interacting with them.

Name: Cole Harper
Age: Unknown, looks about...I'd say 17.
Gender: Male
Looks: Cole is an oddity among most vampires for the simple fact that he is blond. Not just that, but he doesn't dye it, which, apparently, most light-haired ones do. It also reaches a little past his shoulders. His other traits align more with the common appearance of his species, as he is pale-skinned, thin, and graceful. He's tall, but not very menacing.

Shifted Looks(If were- creature.): N/A
Other: Dark grey. He generally finds most of the other species boring, although he does relate more to ailuranthropes, and vehemently dislikes werewolves.
