Valarie began to walk out the door and motioned for Fiona and Lympha to do the same. She considered how she would find Kirsten, Lily, and perhaps even Jasper. She tried to sense how many auras were in the school. Val had located Lily's, Kirsten's, Caliya's and an aura that was unfamiliar to her. Maybe it was Jasper's. Val walked out and began wandering the halls when the auras became stronger, and she began running towards them. She soon saw Lily, Caliya and Kirsten, as well as a... leopard?

"Kirsten! Lily! Caliya! Fiona's on her way down now. Now, getting to the important stuff. Question one- who is the leopard? Question two- any sign of Jasper?"

Valarie glared at the leopard, seeing that it didn't like her either. She was going to pull out her katana and attempt to slice its head off, but she settled on the non-offensive option that wouldn't get her own face clawed to shreds by Whispering to the leopard. If it had an aura she would probably be able to Whisper to it.

'Chill out, she's a friend. No need to slice her up. She's a friend of Kirsten and Caliya.'

Val Whispered to the leopard, glad that her Whispering had made it through to the leopard. She also managed to add that she was a friend of Kirsten and Caliya, which would hopefully make the leopard less wary of her presence.

"Yup. Usually most people don't notice it's me, but it was quite fun doing it to this adorable, pleasant little animal right here. I suppose I can talk to other humans, and yes, I knew you were a human. You have an aura, and I can only Whisper to other humans. I also have a few other mind-related abilities."

Val said, her voice dry and soaked in sarcasm. The leopard seemed child-like in a strange way. The girl probably could change into different animals besides the leopard, but Valarie didn't really care.

"So Jasper's in the woods, eh? I say we go on a scavenger hunt. I suggest we bring along strong ropes, coils, chains, and various whips."

Valarie said with an evil smile. Mental torture would be helpful as well.

Valarie smiled to herself, different means of torture racing through her mind that wasn't nearly as advanced as Kirsten's, but still was interested in torture and thought faster about torture because it was an interest of Valarie's.

"Not murder, murder is too quick. Fiona and I were thinking more along the lines of a mix of mental torture and physical pain, but more mental pain because that has a more lasting affect on the mind in general. Some mental scarring would be good."

" I think Jasper already had some mental scarring", Kirsten inferred. She wasn't very into it because volience wasn't her thing. Although reasoning was her thing (she can out-argue anybody) she didn't really want to see the mental pain. It reminded her of the time when the principal told her that she might get a lobotomy.

Fiona was left to her own devices as Valarie told her that she would catch up later. Lympha walked up to her and nuzzled her arm. She picked her up and stroked her. A shadow feels strange, most shadow animals will feel like what they're supposed to be. But Lympha was different, she was slippery like a fish, but seemed bumpy at the same time she was smooth. It was a strange feeling and Fiona realized that Lympha had changed into her full shadow form. Which mostly consisted of a large eerie looking purple blob with amber eyes and big sharp pointy teeth. Although she still kept the shape of a modern wolf.

I was still wandering the halls, and totally bored, hoping that my magic would lead me to the source. If felt like I was going around in circles which was definitely a bad thing, but then again, I can't always trust my instincts...

"Well I guess everyone's fine by the looks of it", Lily finally realised that the girl was afraid especially after she turned into a leapord in a scared manner. That must be her talent Lily thought, which she found extremely cool. She then thought about the fact on how well the little girl would get along with Everlast. "Nice talent" Lily said to the girl and then she introduced herself to her, as she thought it would be quite rude not to "Hello I'm Lily".

Valarie waved hello to Lily, who had just arrived, and then turned to Kirsten. Her aura seemed a bit uneasy since Valarie had brought up the whole concept of physical pain and mental torture for Jasper, so Valarie decided to sway the topic a btit for Kirsten's sake. Besides, the new leopard girl seemed childish, she could be, like, 9 or something, and she shouldn't be exposed to violence.

"Maybe we shouldn't torture him too much. Just to get information out of him. Nothing too bad."

Valarie asked quizzically, confused by the big word Kirsten ahd just said. Sure, Valarie was pretty smart, and her vocabulary was a bit above average, for example the words "cantankerous" "pulchritudinous" and "pugnacious" but "endowment"... Not so much.
