Auction Bug/No Notifications

I need some help! My notifications for the auctions aren't showing up! D: It's been the reason why I've been losing my auctions and I can't take it anymore! The Notifications will show up once, but by the next time, they don't show when I get outbid. Please help fix this bug!

Always check if Notifications are being delivered on the physical page:
