@spiritkoi @jupiter_hollowI feel like the more this gets explained, the more lost I am as to what exactly is supposed to happen.I definitely thought this would involve interacting with humans and learning about what it's like to live as a human, and meeting the other avatars and changing their minds about fighting. Now I'm just confused.

@poe That's what I think I meant but now I'm getting confused. :/

@spiritkoiIseriously just give up.http://eggcave.com/forums/topic/49743/http://eggcave.com/forums/topic/49742/these are the two completely different plots that you have."Well, we're starting on the December 21, 2012. It's a normal day. Suddenly there is no more people and a voice (another god in your pantheon you choose) tells you to go to New York. You could meet up with other avatars before you get there or travel alone, depending on where your avatar lives and how they get there. You can form alliances, blah blah blah. If your character is on a different continent they can come with the help of the other gods or anything really."THIS is what you posted when I asked how we were going to start. This doesn't involve humans. Doesn't involve changing one's mind about fighting. Why are you agreeing when it's not what you meant?@poe It's not getting explained, really. Like, at all. It's just me trying to guess what this roleplay is actually about and getting the same answers. "that's what i meant"

@spiritkoi @jupiter_hollowSo do we want to make a decision about what we're going to rp and change it from what it was originally? I don't see that it matters if we change it, since we're all here and have characters and I think we all just agreed there should be humans and human interaction and what have you. (Since no one knows what we were originally going for anyway.)

@poeThis could have happened long long ago if I had had my questions answered, really. But anyway @spiritkoiI'm just gonna lay down what I came here for. What I came thinking would happen.Humanity has become selfish and basically is in need of a second plague or a big flood but hey, gods are freaking nicer so they decide to firstly send down their own. Each pantheon has, of course, a different opinion on what should be done with the humans. Some consider killing so many living creatures a terrible thing, others think it necessary at this point. Regardless of opinionated deities, the avatars are sent down to have a look for themselves. After each pantheon has decided what to do then yes, they have scheduled the fight for then and stuff.If anything, I'm sure our avatars would begin changing the world with their powers though. 'clensing it of evil'. At least my Krishna has history as a saviour 5 millenias ago. He came down to rid the world of evil monsters and tyrants. Some of our avatars would, of course, do the same. They'd play god because they were such not long ago. And when they find each other they may disagree with one another's actions.Some will think they have the right to decide which humans deserve to live and which don't. Some will try to wreck havoc in order to be respected. Some will abuse their superiority over humans. Others will disagree on all that.And I don't think you understand what we could do with cultures! And no, not america. Not New York. I'm still confused as to why you chose New York for the godly fight? Like why? Send them to Norway, Greece, India or Egypt man! There are languages hey cannot understand, temperatures they can't stand, dresscodes in every country. Traditions. You know, send them to India, Krishna will know how to deal with his people, how to dress, what to do to get their attention and to solve a problem there. Same with the other gods.This is a roleplay about religion and culture. It's kind of what I came here for.Aye?

@jupiter_hollowI think it would be good to send the gods to somewhere that isn't America. We could even send them to a place somewhere in the middle of all four of their countries of origin, if @spiritkoi is interested in making changes.
jupiter_hollow • 19 July 2014 at 4:36 AM
@poeThe middle of all four of their countries doesn't mean the middle between their countries. It's another country and every country is different. Basically you'd want to send them to Turkey if it was the middle. That's a muslim country so while I agree that it would be interesting to see them get even more confused by the religion conforming land, maybe we wouldn't want to involve yet another religion in this roleplay.This isn't a game after all. We're dealing with serious stuff here.

@poe @jupiter_hollow I think we should just make a new topic and go with your ideas.
jupiter_hollow • 19 July 2014 at 10:25 AM
@spiritkoi Aye.
poe • 20 July 2014 at 2:16 AM
@jupiter_hollowFair enough. I forget things like that when it's past midnight. I just feel like they wouldn't want to meet in one of the home countries because who wants to pick fights on someone else's turf? Though on the other hand, there could be advantages to that, too.
