Views and how to get them

How does view system work? I know that it resets daily but I don't know effective ways of increasing view count. Does the egg just have to be on a page which people see for it to count as a view? Do pages such as your cove or posts on forums help? What do you do to increase the view count of an egg?

@jaegis Here's what the FAQ says about veiws:

"A creature receives one view when any person on the Internet loads and sees the creature. To receive views quicker, put your creature in different places around the Internet like forum signatures, Facebook, and Twitter."

Someone visiting your page will give a view to all your creatures. Forum posts, blog posts, and wall posts all give your featured creature views.

I have a question about this, if I may. Do views reset every day? I mean, does each person only give one view EVER to a creature? Or can I give my friends' creatures another view tomorrow? Also, I could have sworn I remembered reading something like the clicks/feeds reset at 3 am. Is that right, and if not, when do they reset (by the clock at the top of the site)?

@mishababy Views, as well as the other stats, reset around 3am Egg Cave Time. So once a day you can get a view, click, and feed from each unique IP address that visits your creatures.
