My vote goes towards a Tasma, too! Though I love the Horsekin.

It might be worthwhile to look into running a Kickstarter, too, if you're looking to see if it would work.

I know one other pet site is doing a plush Kickstarter soon, and they've combined plush with online pets for the tiers. It let them do things like have people pledge smaller amounts and just get the online pet, middle tiers for one plush and one online pet, and higher tiers for all the online pets and full plush sets/combinations thereof.
