I received three creatures in a trade but all three are in the danger zone. I fed them but they are still in the red. How can i bring the bar up?

Put them in Tim's Food Shoppe. It's under the Shop scroll down thing. If you don't have EC for Tim's then go around and feed other people's critters and ask for them to feed the ones with very low happiness c:
