I just joined eggcave last night, and I was wondering if anyone
wanted to be my friend/buddy (I don't know what you call them on this site >__<)

If you are replying to someone, you should ping them. Otherwise, they won't know that you've done so. To ping someone, either cick the bell icon under their username in the forums, or type an @ followed by their username (e.g. @sparklefox ). You can only ping up to five people per post. Sorry if you knew this already.

Is it possible to hatch eggs without putting my pets onto
a signature on a different forum?

I read that you can feed them to make them hatch (?)

@strawberrysun - Why yes, it is possible. While it's true that you feed them to hatch them, other species need clicks or views. You can check what each species evolves by with the Archives or 'Show Numbers To Next Evolution' on Your Cove/Your Creatures, if you didn't know. You can use the Click Exchange in order to hatch your eggs faster. I tend to use it more for creatures who evolve by clicks and feeds, and use a signature for views. But that's just my preference.
