Levels?

How do I level up my creatures? I know my eggs have to get a certain number of feeds or clicks, but I'm confused on the whole level thing.

@abbey87 A creature's level is calculated based on all its stats. Its the sum of all the stats divided by 3. Level, along with views and creature evolutions, are one of the things that updates around 3am Egg Cave time. So you won't see your creature's level go up during the day.
