Divergent RP Sign-ups

Let's see how this works.

Ok for those of you who don't know what Divergent is, here's a quick summary:

The place that you live in is divided into five factions based on personality traits.

Abnegation: Selflessness.
Erudite: Knowledge.
Dauntless: Bravery.
Amity: Peacefullness and harmony.
Candor: Honesty.

At 16, people take the aptitude test. This is a simulation test to determine which faction you would belong best in. The next day, you are free to choose any of the factions to spend the rest of your life in.

Then comes iniation. There is a certain process for each faction that you must undergo to become a member.

Abnegation: 2 weeks of volunteer service and then helping serve people at a banquet.
Erudite: An IQ test. Your IQ must be at least 150.
Dauntless: Physical training, and mental training to elminate your fears.
Amity: I'm not sure, it doesn't say in the book. If anyone knows, help me out please.
Candor: Taking the truth serum, which will make you answer any question asked.

Each faction has uniforms/colors that must be in outfits that you wear.

Dauntless: Red and/or black.
Amity: Red and/or yellow.
Candor: Black and white.
Abnegation: Grey.
Erudite: Blue

Rules:

No characters from the books please!
Please be literate.
No technology except for control rooms for leaders and computers in erudite.
Maximum of two characters, not in the same faction.
No godmodding.
No perfect characters.
Put Divergent in the other section if you read the rules.
Your character does not have to be divergent. Please tell me if they are though.
Put in the other section whether your character has taken the aptitude test and whether they are divergent or not.
If you don't post for two weeks without telling me where you' going, your characters will be put up for adoption.

@dramatic I've never read Divergent, I'm planning to. But I'll join, is this form correct? I'll make a male soon.

Name: Allison "Viper" Ravenfield
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Faction: Erudite
Appearance: Six foot four with shoulder length dirty blond hair, grey-blue eyes that don't know what color to be. She has very pale skin, and so many freckles adorning her arms and the bridge of her nose. Her teeth grew in awkward giving the image of "fangs" growing from her incisors.
She is mostly legs, and has long arms.
For her uniform she wears a blue mark-less tee shirt, and a pair of nice blue slacks.
Personality: A rather anti-social person, she is often found buried in a book or walking alone lost in her thoughts. She has serious claustrophobia, and hates being in large crowds.
She is quiet, and sweet when first meeting but after she warms up to you-which takes what seems like an eternity-she can turn into a disturbing, dark minded, person who enjoys jokes-even the dark ones.

Other: Divergent. I added the thing about her awkward teeth to make the nickname of Viper seem more there. I can edit that out if needed.

@featherstar_stormclan I totally get the teeth thing, because I have what appears to be a full set of fangs in real life XD. Also, since your character is 16, have they taken the aptitude test or no yet?

Currently in the middle of a disastrous real life. Like. I can't even begin to describe it. I have an exam on Wednesday, so I won't be able rp until after that. I'll see about putting in a character before then, though. 😊

@poe it's the same in the way of the factions and initiation, but no we don't have to. Your characters do not have to be divergent, mine is not, or they can be.

Appearance: Long platinum hair and honey brown eyes. She is 5'5" and has a slight build. Her skin is slightly tanned and she has freckles on her nose, cheeks and arms. Her outfit consists of grey skinny jeans, grey sweater over a grey tank top and grey sandals.
Personality: She is a girl with a reckless and brave interior that she hides under a tough and silent exterior. She longs to show her reckless self but that would just be selfish if she did.

((I didn't wanna choose dauntless, but it seems my characters struggle with most of the other qualities. Except knowledge, maybe. XD Might change some of this. I'm not sure I'm happy with the stuff I wrote...))

Name: Jackson Quick (I can only imagine people would call him Quick)
Age: 16
Gender: Male
Faction: Chooses Dauntless, born Erudite.
Appearance: Gangly at first glance, but his lean muscles are well-defined all over. Tall, looks a couple years older than he is. Rich coppery caramely coloured hair, layered and on the shaggy side. Some light freckles across his nose, but not elsewhere. Light greenish eyes. His facial features tend toward the angular side.
Clothing usually entails a black leather jacket with dark green detailing, a vivid dark purple shirt (I hear Dauntless sometimes wears other colours), and black pants made for running about in.
Personality: He always seems full of energy, despite his chill demeanor. He doesn't get worked up over anything, it seems. He is serious in an instant when the situation calls for it. He doesn't like sitting and gets fidgety, but he'll stand calmly. Notable also for being a trouble-maker. Erudite is/will be glad to be rid of him.

Appearance: About 5 foot tall with a slightly curvy body type. wears thin black-framed glasses that aren't actually used for correcting her vision. She has large brown eyes that some people claim to warm the soul, and long wavy dirty blonde hair that is usually tied up in a high ponytail. She also has very pale skin, but she has lots of freckles from outdoor exposure.
Personality: Tia is a friendly extrovert as she was raised to become. However, though the farming and plant work she did, she became very curious and simply loves to learn. She was never very athletic, she only likes to work on her observations. Her main interest is biology.
Birthday: September 10th
Crush/Spouse: None yet 😉
Other: Her father became factionless when she was twelve years old because he gave away info about Johanna Reyes to Dauntless leaders that messed up her image. She tends to ignore that part of her past. (I hope it's okay that this is tied into the book slightly)

I apologize for the wordy bio, I've been working on this all day. Also, I should have my guy character done by tomorrow. (Teaser: He's a born-Dauntless tranfer to Abnegation)

Name: Felix "The Slim" Tidwell
Age: 17 and a half
Gender: Male
Faction: Born Dauntless, Chose Abnegation
Appearance: 5'8" with a tall lanky figure, but he DOES have muscles, he just doesn't prefer to use them. Has spiky black hair that is never in control, and striking light grey eyes that he tends to cover with his bangs. Has two lip piercings on his bottom lip which are 3 centimeters apart, and a tattoo of a gun on his bicep. He has fair skin that isn't quite tan.
Personality: He seems like a mean brute at first, but he has a caring heart once you get to know him. He is only abrasive because his fellow Dauntless members picked on him harshly, so he has little trust in people.
Birthday: February 19th
Crush/Spouse: Has a crush on a rude, but cool girl in Dauntless named Tonya, but she hates him and thinks he's a wuss.
Other: Divergent. His father died while in battle as a Dauntless soldier, by suicide, when he was 10. His mother sort of went blank for a while, so he stayed with his 22-year-old brother, Max. His brother helped him toughen up and get piercings and a tattoo at the age of 13. His tattoo is there to remind him to never consider holding a gun to himself. (or anyone he doesn't need to)

((I'd like this guy to be a little older if that's allowed. In my canon universe, he's older than Jackson Quick, so it would feel weird if they were the same age.))

Faction: Born in Dauntless, left for Amity.
Appearance: Tall, under 6'. Confident casual posture. Left half of his hair is cut very short and other is medium length, warm black colour. Light skin, not too pale. Notably extremely attractive, gorgeous cheekbones, full lips, rich amber eyes. (being attractive is actually very important in shaping his identity.) Sleek look about him, lean angular build, toned muscle, not bulky. He isn't by any means the strongest, but he knows how to work a fight around that. Some unusual tattoos like a stylized gargoyle type beast along his whole right arm, one lip ring, a small cross dangling from left ear.
Clothing - worn, cornflower blue leather vest, off-white sleeveless shirt showing a defined collar bone, ochre pants, and reddish leather boots. These faction colours are weird. I'm still working on them.
(If this description sounds very messed up, I'm so sorry my words are not working.)
TL;DR: Hot stuff 😋
Personality: Calm and introverted, but not remotely shy. Doesn't show strong emotions, but still shows emotion. He won't be pushed around despite his faction. He also doesn't hide his kind heart, even though he doesn't seem approachable at first.

Crush/spouse: None currently
Other: Divergent. Taken test, is Divergent. Everyone thought he would be a legend in Dauntless, destined for greatness, even, so it came as a shock to everyone when he abruptly chose Amity. To this day, the Dauntless wonder why he left because of how talented he was at fighting. He also has a brother that's been missing for years.
