After waving a goodbye to the leaving car, Ura walked towards the front doors of the academy with her heavily stuffed bags dragging behind her. Like any typical girl, she wore her skinny jeans and black converse with her brown hair flowing over the outside of her navy blue hoodie, her wings expertly hidden underneath. There were already several kids here, obviously none that Ura knew.

"Why did I pack so much? Did I pack toilet paper? Wait, schools like this carry that already. What am I thinking?! Pull yourself together" said that tiny voice inside her head, a tiny bead of sweat running down the side of her cheek under the heat of the sun. Finally reaching the doors, she poked her head in, her vibrant green eyes wandering around, unsure of where to go next.

{Jasmine}

Jasmine sat in the car on the ride to her new school slash home for a while. She had loved her godparents but her "real" parents had told them to take her to this academy. Here she would be around more people either like her or different but so she didn't feel like she was the only one. Of course she would be able to visit her godparents whenever she was allowed away, but Jasmine also hoped she could make some great friends here. She would even have a roommate, a first for the girl.

As the car came to a stop, Jasmine got out with her bags behind her. Yeah she had a lot, but it was most of her clothing and school items. She had been directed to a certain building where she got her class schedule and other various papers along with a map of where her room was found. Jasmine then made the long walk across the campus and found the room easily. She seemed to be the first one here. Well, she wasn't going to claim a side or a bed until her roommate arrived. Hopefully the girl was nice.

Quill got out of his mom's car and heaved his suitcase out behind him. Walking up the path to the academy, he saw a few other people walking, but he just avoided them. Pulling his sunglasses down over his eyes, which were a deep, dark red like blood, he realized that if he didn't get inside soon, his eyes would soon be irritated from the bright sunlight. Yay. Another perk of being a demon.

Ashly
The angel sighed and laid down on her bed, texting on her phone. She really didn't care who her roommate was, just that they leave her alone. Ashly smoothed her cheerleading uniform, which was silver and green. She had gotten it earlier, when she had became the head cheerleader. The cheerleading coach had instantly liked her, saying that she had 'Boldness'. Ash had just laughed and rolled her eyes.

Jase
Jason walked into the academy, a smirk popping up on his face. the vampire had dreamed of going here, for ages. His adoptive parents had always wanted the best for him. So they had sent him here. Jase sighed with contentment and got his papers saying his schedule, a map, and more. He sat down in a chair and decided to watch the people coming in. There was a steady stream of people coming in, and one person, a girl, caught his eye. She had skinny jeans, long brown hair, and a blue hoodie.

Staring dreamily out the window, Sophia traced her finger over the patterns on her aqua comforter. The bases of the nearby mountains were clearly visible in the distance. She raised her good hand and gently brushed a few strands of unruly hair from her eyes.

She had arrived early in the morning because her mother wanted to insure that all the teachers were informed of Sophia's "limitations". It was true, though, that ever since Sophia had been burned in the fire, she did have certain new limitations. And even though it had been nearly two years since the accident, her robotic implants still felt a little foreign to her.

Her parents had gotten her to her new room and helped to get her settled before disappearing to track down all the school's staff.

"I wouldn't be surprised if she even told the school janitor." She chuckled inwardly. She knew that her mother meant well and she was thankful for her mother's caring nature.

Sophia got up from the bed and began absentmindedly rearranging the picture frames on her desk wondering what the new school year would hold for her. And more importantly, what her new roommate would be like.

Quill found his room and opened the door, a wave of relief when he found no one there. He sat his luggage down on the floor, then sat on the edge of the bed, heaving a tired sigh. Then he got up again, unsure of what to do next. He realized that if he was going to be in any clubs he should be signing up now. Quill kicked his luggage over, sliding it under the bed. He could deal with it later.
Eventually he found a signup sheet on a tiny table in the hallway. Quill signed up for poetry club and book club. f he wasn't going to be in any sports he might as well be doing something. Another poster in the main hallway caught his eye- it had a big horse that looked as it was made of bones. Quill smirked and made his way down the hallway, thinking of skeleton horses.

Ash went to the gym, sat on the bleachers, and watched the heavy stream of boys come in. they were all handsome, athletic, and muscled, of course. Ashly just sighed and flapped her giant wings. A few tried to flirt with her but she just laughed and rolled her eyes. Did that count as flirting back? If they thought that she actually liked them, Ash would freak out or something. She had never been in a real relationship, cause every guy she had been with never actually appreciated her for her, not just for her looks.
The angel hopped of the bleachers, then went by the doorway, twirling a piece of her golden hair. "Bye," she said, and as she left she could feel all of their eyes on her.

Once setting her things down in her room, Jasmine walked out around the campus. First thing first, she was signing up for volleyball. After getting her uniform as well as a schedule of practices, Jasmine also decided to go over and sign up for Art Club. She was a little different but she loved to draw and paint when she had free time.

Jasmine looked around as she walked along, looking at all the other new students that were coming in. Everyone seemed excited for the new year to start.

Following what the other kids were doing, Ura picked up her papers, thankful that there was a map amongst them.

"With all these other supernaturals here I'm bound to have a roommate." she thought as she unfolded the map, looking for girls dorm 2. Lifting her gaze from the paper, she unintentionally locked eyes with someone sitting in a chair. To make matters a little bit more uncomfortable for Ura, it was a boy.

Unsure of what to do, she flashed him a quick smile before heading down the hallway to her dorm. "What the heck was that?! Ura, you just creeped the poor kid out!" spoke that voice in her head once more. Continuing down the hall, she found her dorm that had the number 2 gold plated onto the front of the door. "Ooo, so fancy." Ura thought. She opened the door to find her roommate casually fixing the arrangement of pictures on her desk.

Jase shifted uncomfortably in his chair, then got up and left the room. He felt a twinge of guilt when he realized he had probably freaked the girl out because of his eyes. Sometimes they were blood red when he was thirsty, sometimes a normal amber color. Jason walked down the hall to the gym, where signups for the sports were. He signed up for basketball, football, and swimming. When he was a human he was very athletic, and now he still was.

Skye walked into her dorm room, number four. She saw that an angel with golden hair was sitting on one of the beds. Great, I got stuck with a slimy popular girl. "Hullo," Skye said simply as she tossed her black duffel bag down on the other bed. "What's your name? What clubs are you in? I'm personally in art and poetry club." Skye shrugged. Better get on this girl's good side than her bad side.

Ashly grimaced as the girl walked in, and when she introduced herself, she gave a little fake laugh. "I'm Ashly, and don't even think of calling me Ash. And really, why do you even bother with clubs? They're just a waste of your time, and the only ones they have are for losers." Ash said, smoothing her emerald green and silver cheerleading uniform.

When Quill got to the stables, he found the riding professer Mr. Barham and asked him where the demon horses were. Mr. Barham nodded and led him to a different stable where the horses were. "They're not exactly the friendliest, so we had to separate them from the rest," Mr. Barham chucked, but Quill just put his hands in his jacket pockets and shifted from side to side. "Here's one I'd think you like,"the professor said, outstretching a hand to a black skeleton horse. "Her name's Night," He said, and Quill nodded, eager to meet his new horse.

"You're obviously saying you're better than me," Skye said coldly. "Well, you better learn to get along with me fast, otherwise I will rip you to shreds." Skye laughed cruelly. "Well, I will see you later, Ash. I'm going down to Art Club." Skye walked out of the room, slamming the door behind her. She lengthened her stride down the hallway, turning into the Art Room.

Ashly just rolled her eyes then stood up and followed her roommate out of the dorm, going to the common room, a place where there was board games and big flat screen TVs. Surely there would people there that she could judge as much as she wanted without them being rude back.

The girl walked into the giant academy, giving a tiny gasp as she saw the beautiful place. "Kei, isn't this amazing?" Bri asked her older brother who just grunted then led her to the desk to get their forms. "See you later, Bri, "Keithan said, giving her a quick hug and separating a few seconds later. "Yea," Bri gave him a optimistic smile, and he just nodded then bit his lip.

Skye walked out of the art room. She had drawn two things: A snow leopard, and Ashly. She didn't know why she had drawn Ashly, but Skye just felt like doing something nice on her first day. Skye went back to her dorm room and dropped the picture of Ashly on Ashly's bed. At the bottom, she wrote "Enjoy. -Skye."

Skye decided to explore this place. She wandered the hallways until she found a sign, saying, "Horse Stables: East." Great, Skye thought. She had always loved horses, although she couldn't ride that well... That's an understatement. Skye was a terrible rider. She walked down to the horse stables, looking at all the horses in awe. Just then, she bumped into someone's- Quill's- back. "Oh, I'm sorry," she yelped.

"Well," Skye said with a laugh, "I forgive you, I suppose. That's a nice horse you got there," Skye said, looking at Night. She pulled a sugar cube out of her pocket and offered it to the horse. Skye looked at Quill. "She's a demon horse, right? I hope she's not allergic to sugar cubes."

Quill gave a tiny laugh then glanced at the girl. "Yeah, she's a demon horse," he said, as Night gobbled up the sugar cube. "Well, she likes them," Quill joked, as Night eagerly looked at the two for more food.

*In the common room*
Jase sat on a chair and played a game of monopoly with his new friends, who were all athletic and in sports. Suddenly all the guys looked at the doorway. A beautiful girl with the green and silver cheerleading uniform walked, in, a tiny smirk on her face, her curly honey hair falling past her waist. "She's the new head cheerleader," one of the guys said, and Jase nodded numbly.

"Alright," Skye said with a grin. This guy was actually pretty cute, and obviously nice. "Come on." She started wandering down the hallways with Quill right behind her. The horses whinnied as she walked past. Finally she came to the tack room and found a bucket of carrots. "Aha." Skye smiled.

"Hey" Ura said to her roommate, placing her items by the side of the opposite bed. "I'm Ura" she said as she began to unzip the bag that contained her clothes. Even though she had many questions to spit out at her roommate, she kept her lips from releasing them. Looking up from her bag full of clothes, Ura noticed that the other girls already seemed completely unpacked and settled into the dorm room.

{Secret}

How Dare He! How. Dare. He! My Dad send me to an academy filled with other strange half-humans, all living together. I gave the death squint to a strange looking tall officer standing at the gates. I raised my eyebrows to a strange looking girl in the corridor who seemed to want me to show her the way.

I arrived at my dormitory and sat on my bed avoiding the sunlight. I had a specially made bed with dark curtains because I am a vampire. A true, pure-blood Vampire. Not a half-blood. And hey, I'm proud of it.

My room mate wasn't inside so I walked out wearing my usual Gothic black dress and knee-high boots. I twirled my sapphire necklace in my fingers and walked forward not even looking where I was going.


{Quick (the new one) }

I strode into my form and dumped my bag on my bed. Striding out of the room, I hurriedly speed walked to the notice board and turned the corner sharply crashing straight into a young girl. My heart skipped two beats as I used my super strength to prevent her from falling to the ground. Her stunned pale face smiled to me as I lifted her up.

"I'm sorry, I didn't see you there." I said brushing off the dust from my Jacket.

"Oh no..no I'm fine...I wasn't looking either." She spoke quickly brushing her hair from her face. After hesitating a bit, she asked me carefully, "Are you knew?"

"Yes."

Her smile widened. "I'm Secret. I'm knew here too. You're...?"

"Vampire. Pure-blood. My name is Quick." I replied looking at her trying to figure out what she was.

"Pure-blood Vampire too." She said probably noticing my stare. "I'm going to the noticeboard to see what clubs there are."

I nodded. There was something about Secret that I couldn't grasp. I walked with her to the notice board and looked around. It seemed I couldn't make a decision but I joined her in the Art Club anyway.

The demon followed the girl down the stables, where she found a bucket of carrots. Quill lifted the bucket easily, sort of showing off to her how strong he was, despite his lanky appearance. "So, I forgot to ask- what is your name?" Quill looked at her, the words escaping his lips before he could stop being so stupid. Why did she make him do things he normally never would have done before, before he came here?@appleblizzard @jacksonholt @jazzyleia @epicthings451 Where are you?? DX

Skye grinned as he lifted the bucket, obviously showing off. "Oh, it's Skye. With an e." She smiled. "What's yours?" Skye exhaled, blowing dust of the walls of the tack room. It was peaceful in here. She liked it this way. It was even better with this mysterious, cute boy at her side.

Skye smiled and held his gaze. Usually, any prissy girl would look away, scared of the intense red eyes. (His eyes are red, right? o: ) She nodded slightly. "It suits you," she whispered, not wanting to ruin the moment.

For some stupid reason Quill couldn't look away. "Well, thank you," he breathed, looking into her eyes, not looking away. How did he get here? Back home nobody had ever even looked at him, let alone actually talk to him, and enjoy it. Even his family had to put on a fake smile to endure conversations with him.

Jase stared at Ashly, who had strutted over to the group of boys, who were all gaping and nodding dumbly at every thing the girl did or said. "So, what's your name?" She stared back at Jase, who just froze and breathed quickly, intimidated by Ashly. "Jason," He said, and Ash gave him a fake smile, then gave him a wink and left the group and walked over to the other cheerleaders.
