Recent values (help!)

I thought I knew the values by now, but I have the feeling I can't really keep up at the moment.
I read somewhere Xiang are worth 1000cc (is this really true, I kinda doubt it). Thief shop critters are worth the most (without anyone knowing how they will evolve), and older le's are losing a lot of worth. And are recent CC creatures now worth a lot or not that much?
Lol, I'm really not sure about the values at the moment 😋

Can anyone help me out if anything of this is true, or that I just see a lot of people overasking? 😋
I wanna be up to date a bit 😊

I don't know, maybe people value it differently ? Does it always jump values so quickly?

I think Xiangs are work around 700-800CC, not 1000, not yet.

Thief Shop creatures are worth anywhere from 2k CC - 3k CC, depending on the person.

Older LEs are losing value? This may be true, as a lot of older users are coming back, or people are finally getting CC to revive their dead creatures (Might have more to do with the reviving bit though)

Recent CC creatures aren't worth that much, not yet, because they're new, and because of how many members we have now, a lot more people are getting CC creatures than say, in 2011 or 2012.

Xiangs can /possibly/ got for that much as an unfrozen egg but very very unlikely. It can go for 1oooCC if frozen. I'd say this is over asking if it's not frozen. They're more around 7oo to 8ooCC

Thief Eggs will lose value like Asteroid eggs did. New things like this get a whole ton a hype up especially if they're SUPER hard to get which Thief Shop eggs are. Once more come into population like the Asteroid critters did then they will lose value. But as of right now they go for like 15oo to 3oooCC cause not many people have em UFT. I'd say wait until there are more or stalk the Thief shop like me. I've gotten three. Well maybe not like me cause I am on like 24/7 xD

Some older LEs were not worth all that much to begin with and some deemed them worth more at some point while they were still super easy to get but dropped back down once people realized it. Or they just aren't popular but were popular to some and you saw the trades where people got more than they were worth. And the less popular ones gain value slower.

Recent CC critters aren't worth all that much. But once half a year to a year goes by they'll be worth like 1ooo to 15ooCC in last stage, maybe more if they were popular.

And recent LEs are not worth that much. At most they'll be around 2ooCC until half a year to a year, less if it was popular and depending how easy they were to get. Horsekins are still around like 1oo to 2ooCC. Zarols 2ooCC, most everyone got these from the tree so yeah >.>

They're two months old, so they've gained some value. (700-800CC is not considered much compared to `k CC, don't quite understand the logic behind it)
Electrock should be worth near 1k CC, because they're actually rather liked, even if they're recent.

Oh, all of my values are considered from the egg stages, since those are a lot more abundant than the other stages

I'm pretty much stalking the Thief Shop, but all I got untill now was one goo eeg ☹️
I don't really feel like trading up to a Thief Shop critter since I can still stalk the Shop 😊

So I guess I need more CC...
