Tip1: never take yeep eggs, lowers chance at asteroid.
Tip2: You can ping up to 4 people on forums.
Tip3: Use @ before a name to ping them on forums.

The first two of those tips are false. Nothing lowers the chances of getting an egg from the asteroid, and you can ping up to 5 people at a time.

@frostnite Welcome to Eggcave!

Feed other creatures for EC (but read their profiles first to see if feeding is fine or not because some people do not want to get their pets fed or a specific tab/creature). Once a month, there's a double/triple day where you get 2 or 3 times more EC per feed but it happens on a random day so check their blog often, maybe daily.

Check The Mysterious Asteroid daily. If you're lucky, you might get a rare creature there. c:
