Thief Shop

Can someone please explain how this shop works because every time I go to it there's nothing?

@dspace1995 The Thief Shop sells creatures that can't be obtained anywhere else. It restocks very rarely with mystery eggs. When you buy there egg there is a chance that it is a Thief Shop creature. In many cases the mystery egg turns out to have nothing in it.
