Clicks and views

What is the difference between clicks and views?

@aliceprewett Clicks require actually clicking on a creature and visiting its profile. Views can be gained just by loading a page with the image of your creature, like the forums, blog, wall posts, ect. This is why creatures can, and usually do, have way more views than any other stat.

Jut to check I understand correctly, if I add my egg to a signature on a website, anyone who visits the page I post to will generate a view for my egg, and anyone who clicks the eggs link will generate a click?
