Really upset

Hello,

I am really disturbed as to why I go this message:

Egg Cave has detected potential IP abuse for this account. This account has been banned from the Click Exchange until 19 February 2015, 4:58 PM.

To avoid this in the future, do not use proxy services to change your IP.

I don't know why I got this, I only have one account, I play on my phone and on my laptop, please rectify this. I spend alot of money on this site and am really upset to see this message come up when I have done nothing wrong!

I do not use proxy services to change my ip! Occasionally I go in incognito and that is it.

Can I please get a response asap, I am trying to do the chocolate challenge and it is the last day.

P.S I have sent a ticket, but I need to chocolate! Staff pls help me.
