Gender is completely cosmetic, it should not cost RL money to switch a tiny symbol.

This! Especially for the CSP eggs! I can see the gender of a cave egg, but if the CSP screws me over I have to spend extra money just to get the gender I want... I think for storebought eggs you should be able to choose the gender.

I agree; this wouldn't cause too much CC to EC economy controversy also; support.

I agree with you. For the CC creatures you should have the possibility to choose the gender you want.

I think it's okay to charge CC for a gender change (most sites do, but perhaps 100 CC is a bit much). 50 CC seems more reasonable. I also think paying to remove a star is a little ridiculous. If you buy a star, I think you should be able to take it off and put it back on as you please.

Since it's already in the Cash Shop Park, and has been since gender changes were implemented, I doubt that it will be changed to EC.
Why?
People who have already paid money to get CC for gender changes will probably get upset.
It just wouldn't be fair to people who pay CC to change gender.
Maybe lowering it to 50 CC, as metaphor said, would be okay.

The Egg Cave users are more concerned about money, if you change or take away something that currently costs real money, a large portion of the user base is going to get upset.
That's not good for a website, if a majority of the user base quits, the site is going to crash and die.
I doubt anyone wants that.

So, I doubt they'll change the currency needed to buy a gender change, but they may consider lowering it from 100CC to 50CC.
That is more likely a change to happen.
