Idea for Repeating Eggs

I do like this idea. Even if we where only able to cash them in on duplicates of the prizes awarded, eg an extra of the backgrounds or creature.

I'll admit that I while part of me liked the old style search of "Egg #1 being on Page X for everyone, but no one could tell you what Page X was", I just couldn't be bothered searching last year, and gave up about 3 eggs and 50 odd pages in. The randomness kept me interested, even if I was sitting on 27 creatures for 3 days and lost count of my dupes.

I like the idea, but I think I agree with some of the sentiments that maybe the duplicates should have been removed altogether.

Quick math also shows that, on average, each user who collected all the eggs had to click on 120 eggs. That's a whole lot of duplicates, and I'd rather not sting players who can't spend a bunch of time searching for tiny eggs even more than they were already burnt on this event. :/

So, sadly, I'm going to lean against this one unless maybe the duplicates crop up only after you've completed the original set. ^.^

This is a good idea, but it could be easily taken advantage of. Say you find the last egg you're looking for; you can easily just keep the tab open and continue refreshing other tabs for duplicate eggs just to get more travels.

I do support the concept though. Man, do I hate all those duplicate eggs! The time it takes to find all the eggs and the frustration of finding duplicate eggs so many times really make the Egg Hunt more of an annoying chore to get a reward than an actual fun event. :/
