how much is a florrn, berr that old stuff worth these days?

Depends on the stages. Last stages are worth less than egg stages. Last stage Florn is around 15oo to 2oooCC/15 Mil to 2o Mil EC. Last stage Berr is around 25ooCC/25 Mil EC.

I thought it would be worth more...Is it only that because they kind of re-released florns at like 2013 or something?

They didn't in 2013. It was way back but not really. Other older players than me said they stayed pretty much the same as before they were re-released. So kinda but not much. Plus ya have to take into account the stage which last stages are easier to find than lower stages and popularity of critters. Last stage Berrs and last stgae Florns aren't that popular. Popularity of what I've seen is what is taken into account the most with values out of all the critters. Could have been released at the same time and one be worth more than the other just cause people liked it more
Their other stages are worth more because they're harder to get and some are more popular than last. I was too lazy to list the values for the other stages since you didn't specify
