Travelpedia, we need one...

Like the archives. No need to say any more really.


It should contain:
Picture of the travel
Rarity
Retired or not
Origin (EC, CC or Event)
Price if applicable

Also, a way to preview what a travel would look like before you put it on a creature would be nice.

I'm kind of surprised we don't already have a Travel Archive on the site.
It seems like a basic thing that should be included on the site.

If I might add to your suggestion:
I think it should have a similar layout to the Creature Archives, but instead of having to click on the travel to view it's information, it should look something like this:

That way, it's similar to the archives and keeps the egg cave feel.

But that's just my opinion/input.

@dionaea I've thought the same thing. It would be immensely helpful, I think. A Travel Index is supposed to come on Egg Cavity eventually but even if they currently had one it would be nice to have one on EggCave.

Thanks for the tips! 😃 I've bookmarked both, I've been at a loss since I became more active again and found out eggcavern was gone :s I still think it would be better to have this on site though.

And the major disadvantage of the eggcave travel viewer IMO is that you can't view what a stage of a pet you don't have yet looks like on a travel. If a pet has multiple stages I like, I sometimes decide which travel I want first and then pick the stage based on what looks best with the travel....

@dionaea I'm so for this idea! It's been suggested before, I think, but I really would like something like a travel archives on here. Maybe even an item archives, I'm not really interested in most items, but considering the amount of items on this site is HUGE (including travels) it would be really helpfull 😊

I'm also curious why this isn't created yet 😊

@ushafuse I miss Eggcavern in this, I used to go there to research the names of new travels and what the worth was but now I just have to guess and wait a bit. Would be nicer thou if Eggcave itself had this option 😸

Here's another similar idea - When we go to the archives and select a creature, we should be able to click a button that shows you the trinket travels for that specific species. I would want this feature and the travelpedia feature really badly!!
