Archive Search Idea

I checked and didn't find anything like this, but if it does indeed exist already, I apologize o-o

Anyway, I've gone to the archives a few times to look for creatures released in May for a specific date this month, and while I realize the month/days the creatures were available is on the entry, it's pretty inconvenient if you're looking for a creature from a certain month to sit and go through every single entry, especially if, like me, your phone/laptop/computer sometimes lags and freezes and won't load properly. It's just not practical to go through 400+ pages just to find a creature released in May. So maybe a search by month released could be implemented in some way? 😊

EDIT: as suggested by @ashlinnhi, maybe a search by year could be implemented as well c:

That's a great idea. I sometimes have a hard time finding Monthly Creatures too. It would sure help. 😊

I've been thinking about this as well. Because the homepage of the archives only shows the 4 latest released creatures, you cannot easily find monthlies of one or two months before, which I sometimes want to do. So, this would be a great idea, in my opinion.

I would LOVE this setting! I'm always trying to find specific creatures, but it's super hard when there are over 300. Maybe they could do something where they expand that area that shows the new creatures and the monthlies? Like, if you click on it it will show you all of the monthly or yearly creatures?

The newest creatures featured in the Archives usually are the newest Monthlies, both the Cave and CSP ones, unless there's another creature released during that month, and then that one is featured, too O-o So I'm not quite sure what you mean ^^;

@mcmelody I mean that maybe there could be a tab that shows only monthlies/yearlies or something. I didn't mean to be confusing, but now that I re-read it, I understand what you missed. >^^<

You can already search by place obtained c: you can even search by habitat.
