Pay to remove ads?

Honestly, I'd like to have an option where we can pay a small amount of money to remove ads from the site. I don't want to use my adblocker because I know that EC needs the money made from ads, but they get annoying, especially when I'm feeding my creatures.

Paying a small sum would help EC and probably make more money then ads. Lots of other sites do it.

I don't know how I feel about this. If we're paying to remove the ads forever, nah. If we're paying monthly, then maybe. The ads aren't even that bad to me, but I like the idea of being able to temporarily remove them kind of.

I have the same advertisement platform on my blog, and I have to tell you, it takes a lot to receive money from displaying these advertisements. You earn up to 25 cents per click, sometimes a lot less, and maybe about a few cents depending on the amount of traffic your website receives.

I've seen many other sites offer it for a period of 30 days at a go, and the usual cost is $5. I think that's reasonable.

Of course, if they wanted to offer some kind of "premium" rank for a monthly fee, they could make a package of nifties, too. lol I guess that's kind of a whole 'nother can of worms, though. XD

Hey, I live in another country, I use another currency, so what about people like me? Anyway, I'm sure the site already makes money by selling the ads space to business people.
