Unfrozen, but not evolving?

I just received an egg in a trade that was just unfrozen. It has enough clicks to evolve, but it hasn't. I tried emptying my browser cache, and it is still an egg. Help?

That was the only egg I saw on your profile, but when I refreshed it was evolved ?
