Retired or Not?

Just wondering if Scarrow Plushies, Wrapped Candies and a few other things from the previous Halloween Fair were retired? ^^

Plishies were put in toy shop I believe and wrapped candy also in an EC shop. I think the eyes might be retired. But not sure on those. I know the clown mask, popcorn and hay bale thing are retired though

The candies and plushies are not retired and can be found in the according shops from time to time. The Popcorn (spilled and non-spilled), Clown Mask, and Straw Bale are all retired.
