Squids n Kids (Splatoon RP)

(I bet 100 dollars that this doesn't survive and that this roleplay sinks to the ground like an octoling with a rock.)

Added Octolings cuz I got bored

You are a kid, and a squid, who hang out at Inkopolis with other squids. You are fairly fresh, and participate in turf wars. Sometimes you hang out with the other inklings when you're not in the mood for a turf war. You also take a look at the news, checking out the squid sisters as they tell the stages for turf wars. The real question is, are you a kid, or are you a squid?

You are a kid, and an octopus, who are bitter rivals against the Inklings. You are fairly tough, and participate in preventing the Inklings to get all the zapfish that they took. Sometimes you just relax and such when you don't feel like protecting the zapfish and you think it can protect itself. You also take a look at the octo sisters (this is a headcanon from tumblr so yeah) cuz they're sometimes cool. The real question is, are you a kid, or are you an octopus?

Name: Canvas (an Alias)
Age: since inklings become kidsquids at the age of 14, she is a year older.
Gender: Female
Looks: Canvas really doesn't care what she wears. As long as it's strong and stylish, she wears it. Basically she wears random clothing before going to turf wars. Her squidly hair is in a twin pigtail matter, with the large squidly hair being them. Her eyes are also blue.
Preferred Turf War weapon: The ink brush, it's fast and she is used to it already. Canvas thinks it's slightly better than the rollers, since she thinks it makes her move fast. She rarely uses bombs and specials, and only uses the ink brush. When she does uses the bomb and special, she has bad timing and aiming.
Personality: She is the carefree, outgoing inkling who is ready to participate in turf wars with the ink brush. Canvas also has a creative mind, and can use that to her advantage... Sometimes. She is often clumsy, and can lead to her having terrible accuracy, making her dislike using bombs.
Other: Canvas is an alias. You can guess what's her real name by now. She isn't a sore loser, but aims to try her best and win.

Name: Tako (Octopus in Japanese)
Age: 18
Gender: Female
Looks: She wears a hat covering her octo hair, and doesn't have any weapon. Tako also wears a black tank top that has an octopus decal on it.
Personality: Tako doesn't like fighting, so she doesn't have a weapon. She is also a prankster, and likes to trick anybody who looks like they could use a prank in their life.
Other: Meh idk what to put here so heres a filler

@nightmaremoon12 - just sneaking in another reply to say that only female octarians gain a human form apparently, not sure if truly true or not
also thinking of an original the character is hard
