Thief Shop and Oasis

Are these locations a once-daily thing? Like you only need to visit them once a day to know whether or not you're going to get something from them? Or can you visit them multiple times in hopes of getting something? Or is there a specific time of day that they are available?
I've never gotten anything from them, so I don't know

You can visit them multiple times in a row I hopes of getting something, but the chances of finding stuff is low.

It's not confirmed that there's a specific time or day they appear, but...

I have a theory that they restock a certain time. No proof of this happening though.

The thief shop can be visited daily, some times there are eggs there, but its rare and most of the time they're really expensive. And even if you buy an egg there's no guarantee anything is inside of it. The Oasis is also a rare occurrence egg thing, you can visit it to look once daily.

You should check them both periodically just to check and see if, by chance, there's anything there. The chances are rather low, however, because people snatch them right up.
