Saving Notifications

I know this probably isn't going to mean much to many people, but there are times when I wish I could save specific notifications for later. They're only saved for so long after all, and sometimes for really special events, I wish I could go back and see the day and time it occurred. Kind of like a newspaper clipping, it's an eggcave historical note, you know? The only way I could see it working is having something similar to the Mail section where saved notifications are stored until deleted; perhaps there could even be a subsection there when you can access those saved notifications. What do you yall think?
