Once they were seated in a circle in the gaming room, the air conditioner was turned on and the door was tightly shut, Einhart looked at everyone and put the sticks on the floor.

Einhart:
"Does everyone know how to play pickup sticks? Please raise your hands if not."

Einhart began by dropping the sticks messily on the floor.

Einhart:
"OK, so first, a player will hold and drop the sticks 5 inches from the floor. The first player will then pick up a stick from the pile, but they cannot move other sticks as well. If other sticks move even a centimeter, the player must drop the stick and their turn ends. If a player successfully picks up a stick without moving others, they are permitted to continue picking sticks until they move a stick. The game ends when the final stick is picked up, and the winner is decided by the most number of sticks. Everyone got that?"

he slowly reached for a stick, but moved about 2 of the others and dropped the stick.

Sherbet nodded. She tried to pick up a stick, but moved 1 by 2 centimeters. She dropped the stick.

Sherbet:
"Dang it. Next!"

pignite had a sudden thought in his head. he had completely abandon ash! he looked at the window and into the sky.

blade went next. he tried picking up a stick, but it moved barely enough for eyes to see.

blade:

"dangit!"

inferno:

"the stick didnt move."

blade:

"yes it did. it moved this much."

he got out his phone and zoomed into a centimeter on a ruler. he zoomed in about 100 times and tapped the area, which left a tiny mark (because he uploaded the picture to a drawing app) and zoomed out completly.

blade:

"it moved that much." he said pointing to it.

he looked at pignite, who was dead silent.

blade:

"pignite, what are you doing?"

pignite:

"well.....i'll be right back."

he dashed out of the room.

blade:

"pignite! where are you going?!?"

blade ran after him, and soon all of his friends (out of my characters that are friends of his) were up and running after him.

pignite left einhart's house and ran outside. he looked like he was searching for something.

pignite started running, and eventually stopped, panting, because he had a lack of endurance.

they all finally caught up.

blade:

"why'd you run off?"

rocky:

"ya, you just abandon the game."

pignite paused.

pignite:

"well, i miss ash. i just abandon him. im sure he's worrying abut me right now."

"Who cares about him? He's just a badge collecting wannabe who won't ever evolve his Pikachu. He's just lame. I don't like his team either. If he won't evolve his lame Pikachu into a Raichu, I'll never come to accept him. Also, he needs stronger Pokemon. No offense. That's my opinion."

they all kept running, searching everywhere for ash. a few times they were almost caught as stray pokemon and sent to a pound.

one time they were caught, not in pokeballs.

they were running around lumiose city. some came and picked them up, put them in a truck and brought them to a building full of pokemon without owners.

Sherbet was thrown roughly into a filthy truck filled with homeless Pokemon. She didn't know what was happening.

People were jealous of Reverence, therefore they started torturing him and abusing him. He didn't try to fight back, because he knew it was useless.

they were brought to a huge cage and bolt started biting the person bringing them there. blade used psychic and hit him on the head with his own plastic coffee cup, very hard, knocking him out and leaving a mark. then they all got out

no one attempted to catch them any more. they kept looking around for ash.

Sherbet:
"What's this? Trying to act all high and mighty when I'm merely stating my opinion? I expected you to be at a higher level than WHINING away at my opinions. Did I ask for your comments? NO."

She turned to Bolt.

Sherbet:
"You too, ganging up on me? OK then, if you want me to shoo and get lost, I'LL DO SO!!"

She turned and ran back towards camp.
