Well, I continued my culinary adventures last night, and made a pork and vegetable curry with brown rice, using a much loved recipe, as it can be adapted for vegan, vegetarian and omnivorous diets! I think next time, I'm going to add less yoghurt at the end, or use coconut milk instead, as it's already very creamy. Probably going to be cooking today as well, so stay tuned!

@noah Gah! I would love to see pictures if you have 'em *drools* urrghhhh, I wish I could cook like that XD I'm still trying to bake well. My baking is ok, cooking, not so much. The spices always confuse me. I don't know which one to use, haha.

@lord Thank you! I'll try to get some photos today- so far I've made some sourdough bread that's still proving, but I've got some other ideas as well that I'll work on later. As for spices, it's understandable that they can be a little daunting. We have an entire drawer just to store ours, and I'm still getting to grips with them all! What I probably use more than anything else is simple, ground black pepper. My favourite spice though, is cumin, which I use in a lot of Indian/Mexican dishes, as it's just amazing.
