This is my first creature suggestion...I hope it's alright. (->_<-)

The name comes from fusing together "maneki-neko (招き猫)", which is a cat statue believed to bring good luck.

The feed count (888) was chosen due to 8 being a lucky number in Japan.

Egg Description

Maniko eggs are frequently sold on the black market due to their immense value. A single egg is equal to around 50 pounds of solid gold, with that weight being doubled or tripled as it grows.

Description

The Maniko is a coveted creature all around Ark. It is said that you will be blessed with riches if you are accompanied by one, and this is true...in a sense. Manikos are very mischievous, and enjoy stealing anything that appears to be of value; they will gift these stolen goods to their owner. They will even attempt to pickpocket unsuspecting strangers! If you treat a Maniko kindly, expect to have a few surprises quite often.

Let me know what you think of this! The picture was done relatively quickly in Microsoft Paint, so it's not the best. (->n<-)

Thank you! 😃 It's funny because I originally had the teeth white, but changed it to lighter gold to make the entire creature look more like it was made out of gold. xD
