What would you offer for a Frogike?

I'm posting this out of curiosity about my frogike, I'll be keeping the name however.

I don't want any creatures, I mainly want a lot of EC and possibly a small amount of CC.

I have a Frogike Uft too, named Crisp and I'm keeping the name, and I don't know the value. Looking at the EPF guide..

Frogike:-
Egg Stage: 16,000CC*
First Stage: 700CC
Second Stage: 500CC
Last Stage: 300CC

So yeah.
