How much is a Neebu worth?

Another 'how much is this creature worth' question, I apologize for asking the same sorts of question over and over (would it be helpfull to create one topic were everyone can ask the value of a creature? Or not? Ideas on this one? 😸).
But for now, I'm looking for the worth of Neebu's.

The last time I traded them was last year, and they were around 300k EC back then. So when someone asked for the Neebu I have UFT, I figured they've gone up in price an said around 1 mil, since I thought they would be around 100CC, since it's an one week only creature, CRW, and it was released one and a half year ago.
I got the answer that they were around 300k, and I was wondering if this is true. I can see that 1 mil EC is too much, but I also have the idea that 300k is too less, especially since I saw them being around that value last year already.
So, can anyone with knowledge about the values help us out? 😊 Thanks a lot 😃

I bought my Neebu for 150 cc .. Though I'm not sure if that was a fair trade >< D:
