Riggert & Colatay Worth

Ever since I had an account on EggCave, the Riggert has been my ultimate dreamy. I don't really know how much CC I should stockpile to get one though. Anyone know?

I'm also wondering how much EC/CC a 1st stage Colatay is worth.
