I didn't really intend to get caught up in this. xD I did that once and will not do it again. There are some who don't like this, some who do, some who will support anything at all if it has to do with their best interests.I'm in the middle. I don't like this, but I don't necessarily not like it....I have to give it some time, I suppose. My initial point was that all creatures now have a flat price, which is true. That's it, nothing else.Pretty decent idea, but could have been executed better.

@dream-within-a-dream I kinda agree with Polar, but if I had rare eggs I'd probably freak out too. I personally think prices are really going to decline because of this. Throws off the whole supply and demand. (But if we're gonna talk economy, I think the Leaf of Vaka hurts too, can't imagine how immortalizers feel right now. It makes it a lot harder for creatures to become rarer, in my opinion.)But it's a lot less chaotic than the whole re-release thing, like Polar said.

I still don't see the problem. The site was never meant to be "who can charge the most for one egg" kind of deal; it's a collectable site. Yeah, some creatures are going to be much rarer than others, but I see nothing wrong with making people's once-totally-unobtainable dreams seem a little more possible. I mean, tbh, it was sort of becoming like UC's on Neopets for some creatures, and that is not a fun environment, sorry/not sorry. Besides, before you can get the egg or lower stage creature, you have to obtain the creature to begin with. Not many people are trading Onnies/Tines/Arnamaes. Those who have them are either inactive or have them and will use the new item to get the desired stage they want for themselves. As a result, few to no sought-after creatures go on the market. And those that do will still be very valuable and call for equally high-valued creatures or a generous sum of CC.The only thing I can really see being affected (at least temporarily) is the value of some of the LE eggs (especially the Jester) because they were available to everybody at some point. But even then, you have to obtain the creature first and be willing to spend the CC on the transformation. I used the potion on my Jester, but just for myself because I really wanted a Jester egg, not because I wanted to claim I have the rarest creature ever. That's not what the site is about.Sorry if I come off as cranky. Generally, people seem to have been taking this new addition quite well. I am yet to see any rage-quitting threats, which is nice. But I still disagree with the whole "everything is ruined" stance. Look at the TC: still no Tines, still no Onnies, still nothing real valuable. We'll be fine. I'm not trying to be totally unsympathetic, as I did spend quite a bit on a few on my creatures. But I don't mind making this sacrifice so that I can get a few eggs/lower stages I want (Jester Egg, Second stage Tray, young Roo, etc)And can we please not do the whole "But I worked for [whatever] unlike THOSE people!" thing? That's the one thing that kind of irks me about these arguments. If you're against re-releases, fine, you are entitled to your opinion. But just because someone would rather not spend $500 on a couple pixels does not mean they are not willing to work for things (coming from someone who has spent a shameful amount on pixels over the years). That attitude just really makes the community feel a lot more divided--yes, even more so than a couple extra Onny eggs in existence.

Holy cow. I didn't mean for everyone to get upset over this haha! XD ^^" I don't dislike the new CC thing, just thought it'd be a little confusing for the trade system I guess... ^^" But I do regret trading a last stage Biwo + 3k for a 1st stage JUST BEFORE THE REBIRTH CAME OUT. ;~; So like. ^^" I was just a little caught up in the moment.. ^^" After being on here for quite a while (Not as long as teh old peeps though ❤️ ❤️) I didn't really expect... such a thing. O-o So I just have to.. suck it up I guess. XD ❤️ Didn't mean to start a whole bunch of.. comments and their opinions.. ^^" I honestly don't hate it. It's just. New. very very new to me. ^^" Sorry for everyone getting their feels mixed up in this situation.

@dream-within-a-dream Hey, I'm not upset. As I said, I can understand some disappointment and I also understand that this might be a lot to take in at once. All I'm saying is that I was hoping not to see the whole "You only want X because you don't want to work for it" attitude to come up--which, fortunately, it hasn't a whole lot. That attitude upsets me more than any re-release or even ant-re-release board.

@metaphor /hugs/ No no, I understand. ^^" Yeah I guess so.. </3 this generation I believe is most likely really lazy: aka me. ;D XD But in the case of that, I do work for my stuff, I just hope later generations don't get lazy. and disrespectful.. and filled with hatred.. >.< ❤️ /hugs/ 😊 Sort of like newbies? /not targeting you guys at all! D: Just stating an example. ^^" But. ❤️ I get your gist. 😃 ❤️ /hugs/

@dream-within-a-dreamIt's kind of like the Resurrection Stone. We can argue that the Resurrection Stone unbalances the 💵 market by bringing back extinct creatures and lowering their price.I like it because I'm one of those who prefer getting eggs or cataloged creatures (those with their histories in the profiles), but I understand what you mean. In the end, though, I much prefer this.
