And if you want a person you're talking to get the notification, you should ping them. Or else they might miss your message.
To ping person just write @ and their username, just like I did on the first line of my message. Or you can use the ring (picture) under the person's profile creature.

Even after all this time, the game's not all that different, to be honest. 😋

That being said, you can now EXPLORE the world of Ark beyond the cave, you can get more than 10 creatures from the cave per day (if you wait long enough after exhausting all ten grabs you get at the beginning of each day), and you can now collect and use items and backdrops.
