Yes. I HATE THIS and I feel I must rant about it and vent the anger. So my school has this yearly event called Sports Day, where all the students must take part in certain athletic events. I'm running the 4x100 relay, and while all the other teams had senior boys, MY team is the ONLY one that DOESN'T have a SINGLE senior. At all.One of the junior boys in my team, during PE, THREW the baton on the track EXPECTING ME to pick it up for him. He ALSO crossed into other racer's lines, BOTH which are points to get your team disqualified and eliminated. In fact, if the baton even TOUCHES the ground, the teams's out. So even if that boy didn't do any of those two, we'd still lose because my entire team are made of junior kids. I'm the only senior running, and I'M a stupid RESERVE runner, which means that I'll only get to actually run if a member doesn't show up.I told this and all my other points to our sports instructor, but she just brushed off my comments and didn't listen to a SINGLE thing I said. Even if she listened, she would just give me some stupid and dismissive piece of advice. It's a LOSE LOSE situation. Can u freaking BELIEVE it? It's compulsory to attend but I'm thinking of deliberately skipping the event because it's a total waste of time.

@sakura-ironoyume I agree! With you! If I were you I would take this to the principals office and try to cooperate with that boy (threaten to punch him if he doesn't listen, it's what I would do) and tell the principal wtf??!? Let me be one of the main runners because our team sucks! And we need one of the older guys to come on our team or it's not fair at all!

@sakura-ironoyume i completly understand why your angry its unfair that you should be in a group which is so unfair in the first place. also if the boy is acting in this way they should just remove him and you should take his place as your actually wanting to be their. huh i hate teachers that dont listen to what you have to say epecially when you are 100% correct. i once had a sports day where i sat on a field the whole day in groups watching others compete it was so hot and i ended up getting sunburned it was such a waste of time 😃

@cloud-n-bolts Well, they had a "2 Boys 2 Girls" rule so they needed two guys. If the boy wasn't in then it'd be 3 girls and 1 boy.

@sakura-ironoyume ahh i see well thats stupid they should swap the teams around so everyone is happy.
sakura-ironoyume • 4 February 2016 at 8:53 AM
@cloud-n-bolts It's called "Teams according to classroom seating" XD
thedarkarcher • 4 February 2016 at 8:59 AM
@sakura-ironoyume wow they have so many rules im kinda shocked they are able to create teams in he first place. i hope you mange to find a solution isnt they anyone else you can talk to in order to change things?
sakura-ironoyume • 4 February 2016 at 9:00 AM
@cloud-n-bolts I might later on, but it still kinda bothers me that the teacher is favoring the other teams over mine ;/
thedarkarcher • 4 February 2016 at 9:10 AM
@sakura-ironoyume im sure they is another reason why the teacher is doing this other than their biased. its probably stressful for them to run the event to suit everyone.

lmfao, every time there's a rant, everyone jumps on board on the angry train and gets violent and all. It's really weird to see. Anyways, let me get this straight. You have to run a relay where you're the only senior running. The other people are juniors. I'm a little confused about why this is bad. Just trying to understand the situation here. It seems kind of rude for him to throw the baton at you, which I agree why it's angry. He crossed the other line, which disqualified you team. Is is it entirely possible that he doesn't know the rules? If not, did you talk to him about the rules? Did you guys discuss the rules and what people are going to be doing?I do team events all the time. I competed alongside people of all ages. Sometimes, someone slips up and gets the whole team disqualified. And trust me, the person who made the mistake? Was not devastated. In fact, there were times were I caused the whole time to be disqualified because the rules weren't clear to me. Thankfully, my teammates cleared it up and I didn't make the same mistake again. Is there....like, an auto-disqualification if your team is made up of juniors or do you believe they'll loose because they're younger and lack the ability to win? Regardless, I think you should go. It's kind of, uh, strange imo if you skip. You're a reserved runner you say? It is possible your team needs you if a teammate gets injured. Even if you do leave your team, it doesn't really leave a good impression. Not much sportsmanship there.Have you talked to your teammates? Even if you did loose, it doesn't hurt to participate.

@iceiceice No, that was not my point. What I tried to explain in the beginning was that my team only had 1 senior, me. Not because my team were juniors. But thanks for the advice 😊
