Why can't I create a creature auction?

So. I checked the Help and FAQ page and it was useless. Well, I can start to make one but if I click the create creature auction button it won't do anything. No matter what egg it is, how much time I choose, and how much EC I bid, it will not work.

A similar thing happened to me once, though it was saying that no matter what amount of money I offered.
