The old-timey city stretched across the landscape. Sun-bleached pavement lined the ground, pieces of broken asphalt strewn at the side of the road. Sadie paid no attention to the surroundings, as she had been down this road a million times. She walked into the PokéMart across the street and the glassy automatic doors slid open in front of her has she walked into the store, contrasting the historical atmosphere of Eterna City.

She immediately walked to the desk and pulled out a gold Nugget that she had stored for special occasions. She slid it towards the cashier and gestured for cash. The cashier, a portly young woman whose uniform was a bit too small, seemed to understand and politely put 5000 Poké on the plexiglass countertop. Sadie then made a gesture that she needed a collar by pointing to her Lopunnite and tracing a collar shape around her neck.

The lady paused for a moment, then seemed to see what she was referring to and pulled out a dark-brown leather collar with a silver bangle on it. On the bangle was a largish indent about the size of a golf ball, supposedly where the Mega Stone would fit. A price tag on the collar read 3500 POKÉ DOLLARS, neatly printed in black ink. Sadie nodded and slid her the 3500 Poké she had gotten from the Nugget she sold.

"Okay, sweetie," the cashier said patiently, in a comforting young voice, "Just put the stone in the little hole there. Do you understand?"

Sadie nodded and fluffed up her ears politely, clipping the Mega Stone in the indent and clipping the collar around her neck. It fit snugly on her neck and looked quite strapping on her. She smiled rowdily in thanks and pointed to a heavily worn leather bag in the corner of the shop.

"Oh, that old thing?" the cashier giggled. "Yall can have that for free." She got up off her stool and waddled over to the bag, and put it daftly on the counter. Sadie snatched it eagerly and threw it over her shoulder, and then proceeding to dump all of the items she had been storing in her fur into it. Some of the leather flaked off, but she didn't really mind.

She waved her hand in thanks and left the store, happy to get what she needed.

OOC: Now Sadie is wearing a skull-print bandana, a Lopunnite necklace, a worn leather bag, and two bullet belts across her midriff. Just wanted to update you on her current design!

Frost tried using ice beam on Pip to freeze him in place, but missed.
Frost: "Get your butt back here right now! You're going to get into trouble like you always do!"

nova walked to the back of the house and waited til the lady wasnt looking, then jumped in the window, found the cupboards and grabbed some berries and bread and stuff. the lady noticed and came running at him with her broom.

Pip: "Come on Frost, you need to lighten up!" Frost began to smile.
Frost: "Here I come!" Pip ran until he almost ran into a riolu.

the lady shouted some swear words and smacked him with the broom, then nova ran for it, feeling happy that he successfully stole something.

Sadie looked around to see if there was anywhere to go to steal something, as she was excited to fill up her bag. She didn't think there was anywhere good to go in Eterna City, so she decided to venture down to Oreburgh City. She knew that there were lots of places to loot with little security, so she went south down Cycling Road to reach the city.

the old lady didnt dare chase a pokemon out into the snow. rolling her eyes and sighing, she walked back inside her house.

nova walked past the rest of the village, knowing that stealing from everyone wouldnt do him good. and who knows, nova could guarantee that at least one of these villagers had a gun, and he was lucky that the old lady wasnt that person.

Sadie sprinted past the security guard on the Cycling Road before he could stop her from continuing onward. With pistols in hand, she raced down the flat, elevated pavement, her fluffy ears flying behind her as she ran. She wanted to get to Oreburgh as quick as she could.

Frost stopped chasing Pip.
Frost: "Ok Pip, we need to settle down." Pip turned around and trotted back toward Frost. Pip hopped around still very energetic.
Pip: "Can we battle? I think I can beat you now!" Frost raised an eyebrow.
Frost: "Oh really? Ok." Pip readied himself and thought of his first move.
Pip: "And don't go easy on me-" An ice beam knocked him off his feet. Quickly getting up, he glared at Frost.
Pip: "Hey! That's not fair!"
Frost: "Lesson number 38: never wait for the enemy to organize himself in battle."

Finally, Sadie reached Route 207, the road leading directly into Oreburgh City. The sun burned brightly overhead, and Sadie had to squint to see ahead of her. There wasn't a cloud in the sky, and the tall grass was an almost fake-looking emerald green in the glimmering sunlight. [i]A perfect day for causin' trouble[i], Sadie thought to herself as she slowed to a walk, taking in the surroundings before making her way into the city.

nova walked around, looking for snowpoint city. maybe he could steal more stuff there? nova stole stuff every once in a while if he ran out of resources.

Suddenly, the scent of dust and stone penetrated the air-- Oreburgh was certainly up ahead. The hot sun beat down on the already scorching pavement, as if it were excited for Sadie's entrance into the city. She walked confidently down the road towards the city's entrance.

When Sadie got there, the city was teeming with jolly workers, all flooding to the nearby mine. She could easily slip through the crowd and mug any of the shops there... But which one? She could hardly see the signs through the crowd and the dust they kicked up.

A Pokémart! It's right over there! Sadie thought to herself. Oreburgh's market was known for having rare gems, ores and stones, as well as some uncommon and valuable miscellaneous items. She pulled out her pistols and barged into the store with the intent to rob it.
