Similar to an old roleplay I created when I first joined; I just wanted to have a RP that wasn't Pokemon, to be honest. Haha xDAfter an explosion in an old laboratory sprays chemicals into the city's air, a few affected individuals are beginning to realize that they have now been gifted with amazing new powers; powers a normal human being could never dream of. They are called The Enabled. The human race is rapidly evolving but the media and the government are quick to try to cover it up. The civilians are quickly catching on to what has occurred. Now your fate is in your hands. As one of the few newly gifted will you use your powers to protect the city or will you use them to spread terror and gain power?

Vladan's hair is a midnight black, so dark it is hued an oxford blue. He has even, beige colored skin, contrasting with his eye color, shaded a cloudy, muted grey. His eyes differed from each other, each having it's own unique dark-blue and/or white rays, overturning the grey coloration to a after-storm of blue, gray and silver. A shining silver necklace hangs around his neck, it's thin argent pieces intertwining with one another. Vladan's hair reaches a inch or 2 above his chin, resting a little below his sharp jawline. His sleek, side-swept bangs cover his left eye- along with a 3 inch long scar that crawls in a jagged line from below his eyebrow to a little below his cheekbone. Has a cuff earring on his right ear. The top piercing has a cuff that is connected to the bottom piercing with several thin chains and a stud. He has a tattoo starting from the base of his neck, the body of a black and silver dragon connects onto his arms, done to the finest detail. The tattoo is well done, featuring every thunder-grey scale, ebony spike and obsidian claw to it's maximum potential. The dragon tattoo ends at the base of Vladan's spine, where dark flames spew from the tip of the reptile's tail.Hero/Villain Clothes: A black muscle shirt and dark shredded pants. His hair hangs loosely, free from any sort of product. His scar is free for the eye to see.Civilian Clothes: He wears a expensive brooks brother suit with a tie, along with dress shoes. Normally has his hair slicked back stylishly, and covers his scar with make-up products like foundation and the such.Bio (Detail): His childhood has had many ups and downs. As a baby, his father had left his pregnant mother after being caught and arrested by the police for a drug deal gone wrong. His father had been a prominent member of a huge gang that was in charge of escort businesses and the such, and had been deported. After his father had left his mother, his mother had sunk into a deep depression and became a raging alcoholic, beating him whenever she could, and neglecting him to the point of starvation. He was found on the street one day by a young man, and taken under his wing into a drug carter business. In less than 3 years he had been accepted into their gang, and made thousands a month from delivering illegal materials. At 16, he contacted his birth father and found him to be a successful businessman in another country, and with his fathers support he started up his own business and became a young entrepreneur at age 18. Using his new talent of reading minds, he has been rising easily through the ranks by making deals and satisfying those in power with his slick words.Likes: Vladan enjoys the sight of blood, and is extremely manipulative. He enjoys being in charge of any situation he is ever put in, and finds himself loving the joy of danger as well as causing pain to others. Vladan loves spoiling himself with expensive foods, cars and clothings. Money is one of the only things he finds himself living for.Dislikes: The poor and the dying. He finds niceness and genuinity a weakness, and despises seeing people treat others well. Vladan has to be the best in everyone's eyes, and when looked down upon he might just lose it.Powers/Abilities/Talents: Congenital insensitivity to pain, being harmed physically does not faze him in any way. However, though he can not feel hurt, he is still completely mortal and can still die. Vladan's special talent is ability to read minds and ability to influence actions to a certain extent, but only if he has eye to eye contact with the other person.Weaponry: Prefers distance over melee, is skilled with ranged weapons like crossbows and sniper rifles, and can manage with a spear as well. However, he has none of these on him as open carry is illegal, and will certainly make others be able to identify him easily.Weaknesses: Vladan has arachnophobia and is an alcoholic[He drinks to forget, and becomes a huge womanizer when drunk]. His ability's fragilities are already stated in the Powers/Abilities/Talents tab. He splurges too much money on useless things like nice cars and watches.Extra: Tea.RP Sample (Must be minimum of three sentences): And at that moment, Vladan pounced onto Samson. His mouth opened into a feral snarl as he growled ferociously to urge on his attacking crew. However, he had lost his most important strategy in every single battle-- Surprise. Having been burdened with no ability to hold weapons, he had to rely on the brute strength from the marginal coverts of his wings. Vladan made a move at Samson, swinging the curve of his onyx wings in an uppercut at his opponent’s face.“Fight me, imbecile!”

A small piece of metal is usually weak but portable, but a larger piece is stronger but heavy. She can also shoot electricity on her own, but it's fairly weak unless she's in a room full of metals. Chance is immune to her own electricity, but not others, although if she is shocked, she recieves pain that feels like a thousand needles. She is also a bit good at self defense, although she doesn't take any classes.Weaponry: Two knives sheathed on her sides.Weaknesses: She can blast a large piece of metal, but it would require a lot of strength to blast it. A small piece of metal can blast up to 7 feet, but a larger one, regardless if it has a lot of charge, can only blast up to 4 or 5 feet.Extra: Milkshake?RP Sample:Chance grinned at the metal rods around the area, all connected with a wire. The rods looked like small lamps, around four feet tall and a small orb where light shines on top. She quickly placed her palm on one of the metal rods, and all of them lit up the area around her. Chance was astonished by the electricity, as the lamps lit up the evening."This is beautiful! It's really nice to see this!"As she removed her hand from the rod, the electricity gradually vanished.(And just like that, I'm going back to bed.)

Foster care picked her up and she lied about her parents being dead after a car crash. One night while sneaking out of her foster home, she saw a teenage robber, named Steven, breaking in a store. She confronted him and told him she wanted to help. She served as a distraction, luring the police away, while Steven broke in, grabbed some objects, and got out. Chloe followed him to his hideout and asked him if she could stay with him. He agreed and they continued in a life of stealing, becoming famous for heists. Once she got her powers, they continued their life of crime. One night, while escaping into the night, a cop shot Steven, killing him. Anger taking control of her, Chloe transformed into a wolf and killed the cop, committing her first kill. After fleeing the crime scene, Chloe stayed under the radar, but later became interested in a new type of crime: murder. She only killed other murders, but sometimes she couldn't help but kill a cop. Now she rarely kills. She mainly just steals. Sensing heat takes up her focus and leaves her distracted, and summoning flames can leave her drained of heat and leave her savagely cold for a while. She kept her head down and listened to the sounds around her, trying to find the heat she felt fading so quickly. And to her surprise it was not a human as expected.This time she saw something else. A small cat curled up in a box on the side of the road. Water had already soaked the box and the thing shivered violently. With a split second choice she scooped the cat up and held it close under her sweater giving it some of her warmth.At least now she'd have something to share her small apartment with. Things just hadn't been the same since Minerva passed, maybe this ball of fluff would lighten things up.

She can't swim and is not well in the water if she can't see. She also dislike the young children and poachers.Powers/Abilities/Talents: Creating storms or natural disaster and changing the weather. If there is enough precipitation for it to rain, hail, snow, or anything like that she can summon it fine and manipulate it fine, but if there is not enough and she tries to, it shall be quick and can end in a hour or so. Sometimes her storms can have lightning and thunder, but not so often. Though for natural disasters, it is a challenge for her to create one because of to immense energy to control it and create it. She will lose health if she doesn't have enough energy, other than those effects if she does have sufficient energy her powers shall not harm her. Venus is skilled in close combat.Weaponry: A long whip when she is in public, but a flail when doing her work in private. Since a flail is dangerous, bold, and people shall be suspicious in public she only uses it when wanting to go a little crazy or when not much people are around.Weaknesses: Her ability to create natural disasters will take her entire energy down along with where she wants it to attack. Although if she doesn't have enough energy she will lose health and blood due to the immensity of controlling and creating one. She can only create strong storms in only there is enough percipitation. If she ever does use it without enough percipitation a flood or drought shall appear soon after. Also she lacks endurance in running over a limit of 20 minutes. Although she is skilled in close combat, she had no mentoring of it, so she lacks patterns or forms sometimes. She has sympathy of animals(excluding humans) or the innocent elderly.Extra: Cold water... Exceedingly young due to they changed her form of and actual age into a younger version.Roleplay Sample: Venus had just encountered a person who is attempting to murder her. Her eyes had been filled with fear, but soon shown a menacing reaction. She soon felt the air was damp and humidity was great. A storm was slowly forming about the city, they hadn't had any reports of a storm for today, but in the next few days there are. Venus smiled and took out her whip from her backpack and whipped it around the person's neck, stinging a red mark around the neck. He spoke for her and translated what she had to say, and he even moved schools with her and joined up with her in band.After graduation though he went his separate way from her and now lives working a part-time job and spending his free time goofing off.Likes: He enjoys music, being around people, insects and just being free.Dislikes: Feeling confined and trapped, being helpless and feeling weak.Powers/Abilities/Talents: He is able to manipulate and create wind. Being able to turn it from a simple breeze into a full blown tornado or the other way around, and this ability allows him to manipulate the wind around him and even float around. She had called him only a few days ago saying something about a new cat she had found. He did enjoy animals.

She doesn't have the means to obtain a cool costume or fancy gear, so she typically only goes after petty criminals or villains with weaker powers.Likes: Feeling powerful.Dislikes: Having to bail out of a situation when she gets in over her head or being helped by other heroes.Powers/Abilities/Talents: Empathic Mimicry - she can copy other enabled's abilities, but the abilities are weaker when she uses them. She also has a certain degree of combat perception (predicting other's moves), though she must be intensely focused, so she can't do both at once.

@mila_titan Yeah haha ! It took me a long time to make her. It's gonna be pretty difficult for me to portray her, all my characters are bad guys--but there's a first for everything! 😃
