Zero used Thunder on the Dark Army. Troy simply couldn't attack Scorpio.

Scorpio couldn't hold it back anymore. He turned on Troy.
"PEPPER IS DEAD!" He used ember on Zero.
"She's dead." He said quietly. "I... I just... AGH!" He used ember on Troy.

Troy was silent. He was probably better friends with Pepper than Scorpio, by a lot. Ember affected him, but he was mostly just shocked.

"D-dead?!" He hesitated, "Scorpio.....how about you join us?Since you're in the Dark Army, that's all you think about. Whatever you choose, I'm not fighting you, not after being friends with you for so long."

Silver grinned, but she was going to Mega Evolve. But without her trainer, her Mega Evolution could cause her to distance herself from herself, and lose her sanity. Out of her friends, Mari and Chat Noir, she was the only one to Mega Evolve. And she has to pay a heavy price without Chance.

Suddenly, a white light enveloped Silver, until she grew bigger. Then, a ball of light surrounded her, and explodes into her Mega Banette form.

She could feel herself lose herself bit by bit. But she had to. Silver used Protect on her and Troy, Zero, and... Well, basically everybody in the Good Guys.

"Fine. Scorpio, kill me if you want, but i can assure you, eventually you'll regret it."
Hunter thought about which move would be the most effective on the majority of the Dark Army. He had Blaze Kick, Reversal, Thunder Punch and Dual Chop. He used Reversal on most of the opposing army.
Shade dug under ground and dug up again, in the ground under Sang. She popped up and headbutted his front legs, causing him to fly backwards.

Scorpio felt sick all of a sudden. Not physically, but mentally and emotionally. His whole body gave a shiver. When it stopped, Scorpio narrowed his eyes at Troy.
"Sorry Troy, but I'm not who I used to be. I don't feel regret. I don't seek happiness. I don't want happiness. If you wont stop me from killing you, you'll be making my job easier. Fortunately for you, I'm supposed to bring you back not kill you. However, if I am told otherwise, I will not hesitate to kill you. And believe me when I tell you; I WILL NOT hesitate and I WILL NOT reget ANYTHING."

Troy narrowed his eyes as well. "I will not forget who you used to be, and the good times we had together. I guess i can't change you now, but you're not who you used to be."
Troy started walking back into the forest. Hunter grabbed one of the spikes on one of his back legs.
"You can't just leave a battle like this!" Hunter pointed out.

Fang shook the dirt off his fur and ran back to the battle, "Ready!"
"We also happen to be ready." Shade chimed in.
Troy turned to his right and closed his eyes, tipping his head down a little.
"You know, i said i wouldn't fight you, since we were so close..."
There was a moment of silence before he closed his eyes, opened them again, and faced the Dark Army. His eyes glowed red, "That's about to change...for good."
Troy faced the ground again with his eyes closed, "So much for being friends with your dead sister."

"I never said you did." Scorpio stopped attacking. His whole body was on fire. Scorpio had the urge to kill Troy, because of his earlier comment of Pepper, but he couldn't see himself do it. He had to stay loyal to the dark army. Deep down inside, though, he wanted to stay loyal to Troy. Scorpio wouldn't allow himself to.

Troy had the urge to fight, but there was still that little spark of empathy and mercy for Scorpio, trying to hold Troy back from fighting Scorpio.
"Why are we even fighting?"
His eyes returned to glowing their normal sky blue color.

"You don't understand." Scorpio wouldn't look Troy in the eye. He wasn't ready to tell him what had truly happened to Pepper.
"And don't ask me to help you to understand." He turned to Fang.
"Tell Bruno I quit. I'm done with the dark army." Then he turned to Troy.
"I'm not with the good guys either." He raced into the forest, not looking back or knowing where he was going.

Scorpio tried to rid his body of any flames while he ran. He came to a river and stopped. Scorpio looked behind him. He didn't see anyone, but he dove into the river anyway. He swam to the other side and kept running. After a couple of minuets, he stopped, panting. He looked around franticly. He climbed into a torn bush. The thorns pricked his skin, but he hoped it hid him from anyone who was looking for him.

The stars danced above, "Ya, let's leave him be. That's something for him to deal with."
Zero trotted under a tree and fell asleep. Shade did the same. Hunter climbed the tree again and fell asleep.
Troy fell asleep, slightly farther away from the tree than everyone else.
They all started to have the same dream. They were running from something with their siblings...

Scorpio waited for a little. When no one came, he crawled out of the thorns. He glanced at the dark sky with bright stars. Scorpio laid down, but didn't close his eyes. He was scared he of the nightmares. Eventually his eyes closed. His nightmares did not disappoint.

Scorpio ran after Pepper.
Scorpio: "Slow down! I know we're finally at the Mainland, but I'm not as fast as you!"
Pepper: "Then hurry up! We finally get to see Griffin!"
They ran down the street they used to live on. Pepper nodded toward a brick house.
Pepper: "There it is!" She ran up to the window. Scorpio slowed down, walking up the porch. Then he saw Pepper's face.
Scorpio: "What's wrong?" Pepper backed away from the window, tears in her eyes.
Pepper: "Roxy was right." Scorpio went up to the window. What he saw made his temperature rise. Inside, Griffin sat on the ground. Next to him was a flareon and an eevee. They played around on the floor.
Scorpio: "He... replaced us. After all we've done for him... HE REPLACED US!" His body was a huge fire ball. Pepper looked at him in horror.
Pepper: "Calm down, Scorpio!" Scorpio ignored her.
Scorpio: "He betrayed us! We fought for our freedom and we come home to this!"
Pepper: "Scorpio! Scorpio can you even hear me?!" Scorpio faced the window, preparing for his next move.
Scorpio whispered, "I'm going to kill him."
Pepper: "What?!"
Scorpio: "I'M GOING TO KILL HIM!"
Pepper: "STOP! Get a hold of yourself!" Scorpio crashed through the window. He turned on Griffin, jaws opened.
Pepper: "NOOOO!" Scorpio lunged at Griffin's neck, but Pepper jumped in front of him. Scorpio closed his jaws as hard as he could.

"PEPPER!" Scorpio woke up yelling. The grass that he had slept on was burned. Tears came to Scorpio's eyes and fell one at a time.

Teto and Wave were secretly watching the scene. They knew how Scorpio felt. They had experienced it themselves, anyway. They walked up to Scorpio. Teto looked at him.
"Are you alright? I'm Teto."
Wave walked next to Teto, nodding.
"I'm Wave. It's alright. We went through a similar case too."

Silver was sleeping. All she had dreamt about was that Mari gave her magical powers, and them transformed into a magical girl.

She appeared in the ruins, with her right leg bruised and wounded, despite being a literal ghost.

Suddenly, Chat Noir came out of nowhere with a knife on mouth, and lunged towards Silver. He was about to kill Silver.
But just right after he lunged, he phased through Silver. A younger version of Mari came with a sword in hand. The older Chat Noir then became his younger self, with the knife turning into a saber. Both fought each other with a sword, Silver on the ground, hurt.
After a long period of fighting, Mari was down on the floor, her sword out of reach. Chat was pointing his sword towards her, a glare in his face.
Silver quickly got up and used Hyper Beam on him. Chat threw his saber towards her, but right before it could reach her, time stopped, and every color around her was faded. She quickly ducked, and Chat was shot with a Hyper Beam, and hurled him on a wall. She quickly went to Mari and held out her hand.
"Why are you helping me...? You aren't even my friend..."
It began to dawn on Silver that Mari wasn't even grabbing her hand.
"What...? Mari, what are you talking about?"
Mari quickly became her older self, with a gun pointed towards Silver.
"You traitor. Instead of helping us, you went over to the Dark Army. How does it feel when you leave your friends behind?" The bullet was shot, and Silver woke up, confused.

Then it dawned on her that it was another dream.

It was different, more like something she remembers. She felt herself wounded and bruised. Silver remembered. She was young, a child, and cold. Chat Noir found her, and smiled.
"You seem lost. How about I help you? Well, I mean to say, Chance will." He winked. Chat felt a little bit strange, considering that he's not acting like the flirt he is.
Chance and Mari followed, and carefully picked up Silver.
"Hello, little Shuppet!" Silver felt all warm inside, and comfortable.
"...Silver! How about that name? You seem like a Silver to me, right?" She looked at Mari and Chat. Both nod.
"Alright. Silver it is!"

Then Silver dozed off in her own little dream.

Scorpio jumped up when Teto an Wave came to him. How did they know? I was sleeping, he thought. Maybe he was talking in his sleep. He did that a lot. Scorpio took a step away from Teto and Wave.
"Please, go. I don't want to hurt you. There's something wrong with me. I don't want to hurt anyone else. Bad things happen to pokemon that are around me or get to close." Scorpio tried to stay calm, but he could feel the flames heating up inside him. Taking deep breaths, he slowly backed away.
"And please don't tell anyone! They'll see me as a murderer! They'll kill me! I beg of you, just don't tell anyone!"

Here's the dream they had:

Hunter, Troy, Zero and Shade were running from something, each of them with a sibling. They were running from a group of deformed Pokemon, and they couldn't figure out who they were. They were zombies, followed by some kind of plague. Hunter's sibling was a younger Riolu named Draxis, who was scared of just about anything. Troy's sibling was an Aron named Ace, who was slightly less courageous than Troy. Zero, since he already had one in real life, had a shiny Electrike brother who many favored more than Zero, an older brother who was almost fearless (this was his brother that he lost in real life). Shade had an older, kinda bossy brother that was still protective of Shade. The zombies ran faster. Draxis looked like he was gonna cry, he was so scared. Troy thought he saw Pepper far off in the distance, just watching them run. Zero's brother ran even faster than Zero, and that's part of the reason why other Pokemon thought he was cool. They came up to a large pit, marking a dead end. Shade ran to the side, but that made it easier for the zombie to lunge at her. She ran back. Zero's brother, Nitro (not the Froakie) lunged at a zombie, but it was like the zombies were holograms. But when a zombie lunged at him, somehow it could still bite him. It bit his front legs, which Nitro yanked out of the zombie's jaws. They all knew that hey had to jump over the pit. There was this little dock thing near the end. They all jumped towards it, but they all missed it, and they all fell into a bottomless pit, falling forever. They could all fell something different about themselves.......were they turning into zombies?

Belladonna patrolled the area unceasingly. She hadn't slept a wink the previous night, as she was busy looking for rebels who were plotting against the Dark Army.

She felt the sun beating down on her back as the night slipped under the horizon. Morning had come, unfortunately. With the surroundings bathed in light, she no longer had an advantage over diurnal Pokémon who couldn't see in the dark as she could.

She spat on the ground and put her hand to her brow to shade her eyes from the bright sunlight overhead. She scanned the area and saw Shade, Zero, Hunter and Troy searching for berries.

After finding a few berries, they wandered off into the forest.
"We should go find that Flareon-" Zero managed to say before he was quickly cut off.
"Zero, Scorpio needs some time on his own. Give him a chance to get over his loss."
Shade's ears perked up when she thought she saw a city in the distance. "Is that a city?"
"Don't get to excited. This could be an illusion, but even if it isn't, they could have soldiers there capturing other Pokemon."
"Why are you so cautious, Troy? Lets go! You can take a guy from the city, but you cant take the city from a guy! Last one there doesn't get dinner!" Then Zero raced off towards the city, followed by everyone else.
