Easter Egg Hunting

Is it possible to get 2 eggs of the same kind, and are not counted into out of our 30 we're searching for? For example, i got 2 chevs and it only counted it as one. Is this a problem or is it supposed to do this?

@icedragon1 It is possible to get duplicates of eggs you've already found. However only the first one counts toward your found eggs since you need to find 30 different eggs and not 30 eggs total.
