today I found out a good friend of mine passed away from an overdose.. It only takes one time.

there is nothing worth trying if it means you could die from it.

I don't care who does it, who says its cool, or they say you're not cool for not doing it.

please think before you do anything that can be harmful to your body.

my friend had a serious addiction and problem, she wanted to get clean, she just didn't have the time left on earth to do it.

Now I have to watch my friends girlfriend try to pick up the pieces of her life and try to move on from something so serious. She was spending the night with me and feels its her fault since she wasn't there when it happened and had no way to help. It wasn't her fault, it was the drugs fault.

drugs are VERY dangerous and NOT WORTH IT.


If you need help, please ask for it.
LOVE YOURSELF.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I can't imagine how hard this is for you and everyone who knew your friend.

Drugs ruin lives, not just the life of the person taking them.

I have been walking around all day with such a heavy heart...

I'm still waiting for a phone call saying it was all a joke.


I would give anything to have my friend back ❤️
