Picture not loading

Hi ~ In the cash shop park, I was going down the list of creatures that I can resurrect. One of them is simply appearing as a box with an 'X' and I can't seem to get it to load. I've logged on on three different devices (phone, iPad, computer) but it's the same on all three. I don't want to risk resurrecting it without knowing what it is. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks 😊
