"You seem rebellious," Effie added. "I'm not a fan of rain, or water, for that matter."
Her hands started crackling out electricity from the water coming on contact with it.

Veros looked at the group from far away. He decided to ignore them. The man didn't have anything to protect him from the elements, save for the raindrops turning into ice around him, melting as they hit the ground.

"Woah.." Lycia said. "So, do your hands always let out electricity when you touch water? I think I don't like water because I'm the opposite element of it, I control fire."

Lycia looks around and sees a man staring at them from far away. She looks at him nervously and shifts her weight. "Why is he staring at us?" she blurts out what she's thinking.

Even though Ja'far was on the side of Alissa, they had to give the facts. It made no utter sense that this building wouldn't have security cameras and no security guards.
"Alissa... You do have to realize that there would be a security guard or security cameras at least, even if we do get outside of the building they would have probably pull the alarm already by then," they explained plainly waved that idea off.

Nephthys shifted on her feet slightly. She considered reaching for a cloud to conceal her although that would have the opposite effect. She decided she'd go along with this whole meeting new people thing.

Lycia glares at the guy staring at them. "Who are you? Why're you staring at us? Please stop.. It makes me feel uncomfortable."

Alissa stands up angrily. "Why can't we see the outside?" she says, her voice rising. "Seriously, You keep us cooped up in here for years! I want out!" she grabs the bars of the cells and her hands causes Ice to run along all the bars and freeze them, and her entire cell.

"What are you so upset about?" Veros sneered at Lycia's remark. The air started to get colder around him, until ice began to form on the ground.
"If you're upset, then just ignore. It's not like you're going to stop me."

Effie looks at Veros with her blank eyes. "And who might you be...?"

"I.. I just don't like being stared at." Lycia said. She shrieks and jumps away when the Ice forms. "Ahh!!!!! It's water! Noo! Get it away!" she yells.

Nephthys balled her synthetic hand. She wasn't sure if it was the chill in the air or the attitude of this new comer. She quickly opened her hand when she sensed a slight change in the air and felt the clouds start to darken.

Nephthys's gaze drifted over to the rain fearing girl. She carefully let the cloud's colors fade slightly so that they went back to a pale gray. She sighed, it could be hard to get along with this girl.

Lycia looks at Nephthys. Seeing that she was controlling the weather and sighing at her, she took a deep breathe. Throwing off her Hat she stood right where rain would hit. Closing her eyes she said, "Let it rain, I'm going to get over this fear."

"Afraid of a little rain?" Veros laughed at Lycia, as the ice around grew and temperature began to lower.

"I did not get your name. Who are you." Effie glared at Veros and his cold-hearted personality.

Veros looked at Effie. "Why are you asking? In any case, you're basically annoying! Why not show some emotion?"

Effie looked at Veros more with her blank, expressionless eyes. "I don't understand the concept of emotion. Explain."

Lycia shrieks at the Ice. "STOP IT! STOP!" she yells backing away from the Ice. "Please stop!!" she whimpers.

Nephthys watched the ice spread. She clenched and unclenched her hand. No she wouldn't let the rain come... yet. After all someone fearful of ice wouldn't stand rain as well.

{The cells don't have bars, it's more slotted synthetic glass like material.}

Maxwell sighed, pulling down Alissa's powers until he felt them as little more than a small bubble. "You need to relax. And if you forgot there are times you're allowed outside. Just because you can't remember training every other day doesn't mean you have a right to be mad at me." He snapped.

"Hehehe, the old geezer finally broke for a second hasnt't he?" Ja'far smirked. "Way to go Alissa , you said for me to calm down, now you're the one who needs to."
They were in all sides of this. Feeling the icy air then no longer is there, they wondered if Alissa did that not seeing if she did. They wondered if they should try and test the anger a little further.

Veros approached Lycia until one of her feet touched the ice.
"Someday you're going to have to learn how to face your own fears."

Effie then took off her hat, threw it from the side, and electricity started spreading out of her. She felt like a million knives are stabbing her non-stop, as the electricity went wild.
"I recommend you stay away from her." She then swings her electrified fists towards Veros.

Veros looked at the side, and didn't see until it was too late. The shock was enough to give him burns and slightly cause him to get a bit electrocuted. The ice then started to vanish with no water.

The female then approached the hat, and put it on. Regardless, she was soaking wet, and electricity kept on shocking her.

Lycia felt anger rise in her until it overtook her fear. "How do you like it?" she said as she walked towards him, and fire erupted around him. "I'm trying to face my fears, let me do it in my own time!"

Nephthys knew this was getting out of hand. She shivered though it could have been due to the rain. She knew she couldn't take any sides throughout this unless she wanted to create a blizzard again on accident.

Casper appears in one of the chairs behind a desk, spinning around. "Heyyyy - Oh, is this a bad time? Hey you, girlie, while you're at it can you make some ice cream with that? Don't want to let it all go to waste, you know." He flashes a grin and disappears before appearing next to Maxwell. "Why would you ever want to leave this ball of sunshine?" He laughs and leans on the wall.

Maxwell glanced at Casper as the boy appeared. "Nice to see you again. I take it your powers are improving well in the real world." He said, turning to face the teleporter.

Ja'far was wondering who it was, they tried to concentrate on the voice of that person's. Judging by Maxwell's tone, he's no longer lost his patience for now, but that's just their guess. Silently eavesdropping to see what might be some valuable information to hear.

Veros carefully stood up, looked at the fire, and smirked.
"Really? You plan on burning me alive? Most especially in the rain? You should really think twice about using your powers!" He started laughing, and it started to become colder and colder, the ice taking over heat.
"I am like a fire extinguisher. I put out fire with sheer cold."

Effie looked at both of them with her blank eyes. "Just remember that heat and cold combined at once will just end up making electricity, and it seems none of you are prepared." She lets her hand touch the water, as electricity starts to appear, jumping from the water drops until they reached Lycia and Veros, giving them a sting.
"You need to learn when to use your powers and when using your powers will end up backfiring."

Lycia jumps. "He.. he tried to scare me with my worst fear!" she says. Lycia glares at him angrily and causes him to erupt in flames all over his body.

Effie runs towards Veros and pushes him aside, the cold stinging her hands, but she didn't care.
"Then learn to face your fears. You're going to experience more of this in the future." She remained emotionless for the entire time.

Veros glared at Lycia. "You still think you're smart..." He winces at the burns, but brushes them off. "...Yet your fire will just be doused!" His voice turned taut as he started to lower the temperature around him, the fire dimishing. Then he started stomping the ground with one foot, ice reaching towards Lycia.
"You're pathetic." He said, as the ice around him turns into more water against his will.

Effie then stung both Lycia and Veros with electricity.
"That still doesn't give you the right to fight like a bunch of children."

Lycia looks around at the water, panic in her eyes. She takes a deep breathe and stands there, motionless with her eyes closed not doing anything.

Nephthys subconsciously felt the weather changing to mimic her mood. The clouds got darker and more angry looking. "NO! I can't let my emotions control my powers!" she thought. She silently let her logical, emotionless self slip in.

Lycia stood there and opened her eyes. She saw water around her and the clouds darkening. She shook with fear but didn't say a word. "AHH!" she screams suddenly, letting it slip out. She ran away from the water shaking.

Casper looks confused. "Isn't this all the real world? I didn't know of any fake one, just differences of where we are. But yeah I figured out how to-" He interrupts himself rather abruptly quickly moving to an unrelated topic. "Hey look I caught a ladybug!!" He sticks out his tongue and a red Ladybug is sitting on the tip before it takes off, landing on the desk. Casper watches Maxwell, believing his ladybug capture deserves the *highest* praise, but Maxwell is obviously more interested in his teleportation developments.
