Lycia hears him follow her and she spins around suddenly and quickly slaps him across the face. "Quit it." she says angrily. "Can't you stop bugging me for one minute!?"

"Fine." Lycia says. "Just don't spray me with water again." she says. "So... where too first?"

Alissa sees the girl and can tell she's afraid of water. A smile creeps onto her face as she closes her eyes and concentrates on surrounding her feet with ice, all the way up to her waist so she can't move.

Lycia screams seeing the ice surround her. She struggles to break free. "Help!" she says her heart pounding. She tries to use her powers but can't because she is too upset.

Caspe yawns. "Well I *would* help, but *Someone*" He coughs and mutters "maxwell" and then coughs again " Isn't letting me. Sorry."

"Please!" Lycia says breaking into tears. She cries as she tries to escape from the Ice. "Maxwell! Help me, please!" she says.

Alissa sits there laughing at Lycia. She glances at Casper and bursts out laughing even harder.

Maxwell sighed before lowering Alissa's powers down again. "You really need to learn some manners." He said, watching the ice. "Just because you have your powers doesn't mean you can use it for anything you want. Maybe time with only being able to chill the air will teach you."

Alissa scowls at Maxwell. "I'm just bored!" she said angrily and chilled the air.

Lycia takes a deep breathe and melts the Ice with her fire powers. She walks over to Alissa's cell. "W-why did you d-do that to me?" she says shaking.

Veros followed Lycia towards the lab and noticed that the temperature was randomizing, fluctuating between hot and cold. It then started to get cold around him.

Effie then followed, not wanting to get closer to the rain or get fried by it. She sighed, hoping it would be dry there. She then examines Casper, sighing at their childish act. "And what are you doing?" Electricity ran through her fingers, jumping. "Do you need to get shocked...?" They were being sarcastic; they don't want to shock anybody now. Electricity can be deadly if not used correctly.

Casper narrows his eyes at her "You wouldn't dare." He still teleports a few feet further away from her, watching her fingers. "And who're you again? Pikachu?" He crosses his arms, eyeing her up and down. He's ready to teleport out of there as soon as anything comes remotely near him.

Lycia walks over to the others and concentrates on Casper. She stares at him and suddenly his hair catches fire.

his hair starts smoking, burning up by the second. His eyes widen and he poofs out of there, not leaving a trace. Just like that, poof, gone. Hopefully never to come back.

Lycia smirks. "That oughta get rid of him." she says smiling. She walks back over to Alissa. "Please don't do that again." she says and walks over to her friends.

Effie tried to smirk but failed.
"If I did shock him, the electricity would spread eventually, unless he wore rubber for some reason. That's how electricity works; it's that annoying piece of glitter in your face. Once you got it on, you'll never get it off unless you worked for it." Their fingers created more electricity.

Veros sneered at Casper as soon as they vanished.
"What a coward. All he can do is teleport like an insane madman. If I could freeze them in their place then that could teach them a lesson!" He then started laughing, thinking of his demise if he did.

Lycia decides to defend Casper because even thought they fought, they were pretty good friends. "hey, just because he likes to mess around with his teleportation doesn't make him an idiot like you." Lycia snaps angrily. She aims fire at him and shoots fireballs.

"At least I don't use my powers like the whole world is against me!" Veros then slid out of the way, the room starting to become colder and colder.

Effie put her hand on her face, shaking her head.
"No wonder you can't get along." Their hands started to crackle even more electricity. "You're literally polar opposites, and I'm the one in between..." Then they released the electricity. "Because if hot and cold were to become an amalgam, it'll create electricity. Now..." She glanced at Veros. "Not all of us own something that can protect us from the cold."

Veros hears a small whisper in his ear. "Insanity isn't a bad thing, you should try it sometime. Might make you more tolerable to be around." Casper teleports to the middle of the room quickly incase anyone was targeting him, and they can all see he's holding a glass jar in his arms. He flashes a charming grin and whispers happily, giggling. "Bye-bye! Poof!" He disappears, leaving the jar behind. It crashes to the floor, breaking open as hundreds of mosquitoes and wasps fly out, angry and looking for blood.

Lycia screams and lights herself on fire, she can't be harmed by fire when she controls it. The mosquitoes stay away from her because they don't like fire.

Effie then attempted to smirk, knowing that it's time to use her powers.
"I have electricity, and it can spread..." Then she discharged more electricity, aiming towards the wasps and flies.

Veros groaned, and toned out the voice in his head. Any voice in his head was not welcome and will meet an unfortunate demise, starting with getting kicked out of his brain and being banned.
"I have ice, and they can freeze these things down!" The area started to get colder, as the the flying creatures started fall down towards the ground.
"When will that kid learn?"

They all can hear Caspers over the intercom, coming out through the speakers. "Hey, look what I found! Hang on, let me get this party started..." He turns up the volume on the speakers and starts blaring bad dubstep, with harsh sounds loud enough to cause some serious brain damage. "Hope you guys like it! Now where is that neurotoxin...." The intercom clicks off.

"CASPER STOP! PLEASE! I'M SORRY! IM DEFENDING YOU HERE!" Lycia said and broke the door open. "Everyone get out!" she directed. She ran over to all the cells and let all the kids out. She took them outside and surrounded them with fire so they couldn't run away. "Casper stop this! Please!"

The intercom clicks on again. "Sorry, sweetiepie, but I. Can't. Teleport. People! Casualties on both sides is inevitable in war. Guess you'll have to defend yourselves, I'm off to Hawaii! Ciao!" Well, she guesses shes on her own to deal with this now.

Lycia uses her fire to push everyone outside. She runs around the place looking for others and takes one child outside and puts him in the fire ring before entering again and seeing no kids. She feels her lungs begin to burn and she collapses on the ground weakly.

"Why did you become friends with a backstabber like him...?" Veros glared at Lycia. Effie and him then ran towards the exit, Effie's hands then created electricity rapidly.

"As long as I can keep the electricity flowing, I could probably get her vitalized with a shock." Her hands slowly approached Lycia, the electricity getting stronger.
"And once I find that boy, I'll lecture him on the lessons of manners."

Lycia coughs and gasps for air. She struggles to get enough oxygen in her lungs as she faints again.

Effie discharged more electricity as she tried to get Lycia to wake up with it.
"He's right, that kid's nothing more than a backstabbing kid who is trying to gain our trust, kill us all when we least expect it. What's his motive anyways?"

Veros got upset as the area around him turned colder and colder.
"If I find that kid I swear he's going to turn into an icicle! I won't let the trickster run away...!"

Lycia woke up trying to get air into her lungs. "Cantbreathe" she gasped weakly. She coughed a lot and listened to their conversations. "I..Defended..........Him.......He...Triedto...Killme"

{I want you all to know that I'm actually working on a modified alteration to this RP, with things easier to flow and a way better plot as well as making things more understood and giving more power leeway. I found that this one didn't turn out as hoped, key point mainly with the concept behind it and the drawbacks of the powers. But it'll remain existant even after I finish the alteration.}

Maxwell rolled his eyes. "If you all really believe that Casper managed to access our secured vaults and get through the negation walls to access the chemicals I would have to say everything we strove for in helping you progress failed horribly." He said, shaking his head as he helped pull Lycia up.

"I'm going to find him." she said breathing better. She walks away from the lab and looks around. "C-Casper?" she says nervously. "Where are you?"

Alissa screams at the fire surrounding her. She tries to freeze the fire but Maxwell had lowered her powers. "Get me out of here!" she said sitting down in the middle of the fire ring.
