There's an infestation of shadow creatures and the area is a bit darker than usual.))Tevris then headed downstairs, and saw Seika and Rose passed out. Then they saw a bulky shadow figure with a baseball bat, about to destroy the crystal."I won't let them destroy the area..." Grabbing his sword, Tevris lunges towards the shadow's back and rammed the sword to the chest.

Then Hecten jumped onto shadow's head, to see, if any results would be made... of course, shadow needed to be hit in a core...

Ester grabbed her sword and started to attack the strange figures. She tried to use fire but it won't work. Ester ran back instead and used the bow and arrow.

Her head felt all kinds of hurt and her ears were ringing. Seeing some familiar faces, she then grabs her bow and aims towards the shadow figure, the tip of the arrow infused with the magic of a cursed fire.The shadow then braced for impact as it knocked Hecten out of the way by shaking. It clenched onto the baseball bat once more, as the stab from Tevris made the shadow split into two."Huh?! What's going on..." Seika then got confused and quickly shot the arrow at the right figure.Then she quickly realized that they're shadows. They won't last in direct contact to light, so perhaps the fire of the arrow will make them fade."If anybody has powers that can create light, better use them now."

Ester ran into the cave with the core in it. The figures won't die and it's very annoying. "Need help," she asks to the people in there.@nightmaremoon12

As long as I have enough flaming arrows, we'll be good for now... But somebody needs to watch over Rose."Tevris then created a light bomb from his hand and threw them down at the ground."You better cover your eyes for this, unless you want to get blind." He grabbed some sunglasses to cover his already covered but glowing eyes.

@nightmaremoon12Sumire saw a giant mass of blinding light. It soon engulfed her, forcing her to cover her eyes in pain."Argh! What is this now?!!" She flew over to the source of the light and saw Tevris. She flew slightly above him, clearly very agitated."What do you think you're doing???!!! You shocked me for a good while with that light of yours!"

@faressain @panda9983 @sakura-ironoyume @lailaluckyseal87 @nialeTevris then created a barrier to protect Seika and co. from the blinding light before it exploded. Soon after the bomb exploded somebody flew over him."I warned everybody inside the core. What are you so upset about? I'm using a light bomb to dispel shadows!" Tevris said in reply with an annoyed look. His eyes were angered, but his expression wouldn't be seen because of his hood preventing anybody from seeing his true face.Seika covered her eyes from the incoming light.Rose woke up after the light occured, and saw that the shadow was gone."Hey... What did I miss...?"

Seika summoned two ravens for Tervis and Sumire, the ravens pulling them back. Then Seika looked at Sumire with an angry glare."Well, you should know that this is not in the middle of nowhere, and we are in the core! There's a reason why he-" Seika stopped talking to point at Tervis, then continued, "-used a light bomb, to destroy the shadows around this area! Besides, we can't continue arguing, there's still more shadows that are invading the area! Why do you think you're in Paradise?!" The Lotus Guardian chided.Ross then sighed and decided to listen to what the group had to say.

@faressain @panda9983 @sakura-ironoyume @lailaluckyseal87 @nialeThe remaining shadows that were hit by the hydro blasts split in half, creating smaller versions."Anything that isn't light will just make them split in half! If it can glow, the shadows will go!" Seika exclaimed. The shadows lunged towards the group, but Seika used her flaming arrows to make them fade away."These shadows never multiplied--only faded away--last time I fought them, but I don't think two years would've made a bigger difference! I hope the Lotus Guardians are okay fighting the shadows without my command..."Rose then created a light orb, and blasted the small shadows in one hit like a vampire with a stake."You think? Shadows are quick learners! From looking at the others they quickly gain that info like an AI recording important things. I literally spent my two years to explore an island as well as study the shadows in the area!"

I've been studying since I was 12, and started to adventure two years later under the advice of Paradise." She then created more light beams to get rid of some of them, although her energy is weakening. "Look where studying got me four years later. As the descendant of Rosa, I've devoted my life to studying magic! However-" She added, and grabbed throwing knives from the side. "-I've been learning how to efficiently throw knives at my target.Seika then drew one of her flamed arrows towards the shadows without looking at Sumire."It's Seika, I'm the leader of the Lotus Guardians, the ones who protect Paradise."As soon as shs finished her sentence, she lets go of the string, releasing the flamed bow towards the shadows, causing the shadows around to fade away."I've been doing this since I was 16, and due to the help of Rose, I've worked hard to become the new leader of the Lotus Guardians!"((If you'll excuse me, I must sleep.))

As Shizaya wandered around, he noticed the sky darkening and what not. They wanted to check it out and tried to teleport to the tallest building, but it didn't take her anywhere."Oh my, today isn't a lucky day for me is it?" Shizaya muttered to themself in a fake worried voice. She heard some commotion far away and went towards it allured to it."My my today is weird day is not myself?" They asked themself weirdly. Rose, don't let anybody near the crystal!"Seika ran towards the stairs, heading towards the surface where her powers started to fade away. Seeing a shadow approach her with a knife, Seika quickly drew two flaming arrows towards the shadow, and released the string, causing both arrows to fly towards the shadow, killing it with ease.As she headed to the surface, she could see that a door has been broken."No wonder a shadow got here... I need to block it off!"Looking around, she calls two Lotus Guardians to protect the tower's entrance."Make sure nobody inside the core gets out. I can't leave the tower unattended." Seika ordered the two guards, and then freely attacked the shadows with the flaming bow and arrows.

@nightmaremoon12@faressain@panda9983@nialeSumire sighed quietly. Suddenly, a group of violent shadows from outside attacked her, forcing her to stop moving and form a shield of water.("Oh dear....what should I do?")She tried to fire water blasts at the shadows, but they merely were pushed back.

I thought I heard somebody guarding the outside. They're not supposed to be here! Besides, the tower is the only way that anybody can reach the core; there's no other way!"Tevris ran outside, abandoning the group, but was stopped by two Lotus Guardians. Going back to the core, he sighed."Looks like we're going to be stuck here until morning. But we can't really rest."Rose sighed. "I could nap. Besides, you're young adults and I'm still a 'child' compared to you all."

@faressain @panda9983 @sakura-ironoyume lailaluckyseal87 @niale((Hey, aren't guards preventing anybody from the inside of the core to leave?))The guards in the entrance of the tower prevented her from leaving."I'm sorry, but Seika has instructed us to prevent you from leaving, it's too risky to not have anybody look after the core, especially since Aros is unable to do anything about it." One of the guards said, they had black crow wings and dark skin, with knives sheathed at the side."If we make you leave, Seika will be upset." The other guard said, they looked like a normal human being, with the exception of their sickly pale skin with blank eyes. They looked like they had claw gloves that retract on their will. "Besides, we can't let anybody leave until the shadows are gone.'

As shadows appeared around the place, Shizaya just gleefully smiled."If magic won't work, let's use the old 'whacking stick'!" They exclaimed. Shizaya started to use his dancing cane to hit and fight back against the shadows. Then they went closer to where to tower was still intrigued.@sakura-ironoyume@panda9983@faressain

@faressain @panda9983 @sakura-ironoyume lailaluckyseal87 @niale Glacier and her brother, Zenith, were in dragon form. As soon as she saw the shadow creatures she rushed to the tower dragging her brother behind her. Glacier knew from her training that her ice powers wouldn't be of much use. She resorted to scanning the tower for intruding people. Zenith's eyes brightened at a good old fight. His scales began to brighten more and he shot fire balls at several shadows, incinerating them instantly. He wondered if he should ask Glacier if she wanted to fuse, but half an hour wouldn't be enough most likely.
