Thinking of Writing a Book/Short Story

I'm thinking of writing a book or short story! I have many ideas, but one shines above the rest. It's about people who can transform into animals, that's all I'm saying. I already know the details and a character's name. I will probably stop writing it halfway through, but it will probably be fun to try this for once. I'm pretty excited.
