What all can EC be used for?

EC can currently be used to purchase Travels from Ark City, obtain a Calla from the SARC, feeding creatures at Tim's Food Shoppe, and abandoning creatures at the Adoption Agency. Oh, and you can place 1,000 EC bets at the races in Leila.
