1: Ian, and sometimes us mods, choose which creatures to become endangered.

2: To clear up the Cave a little so getting LE or other creatures that you want isn't impossible.

3: Nope.

4: Not intentionally. Its just which ever ones we feel like endangering.

The Sheap was never available in the Cave. It is an Easter Cash Shop creature from 2011.

Your friend must have been mistaken. That creature was never available in the Cave and has been retired, and thus unavailable, for many years now.
